She spent the necessary time with me to choose the best style to fit my budget. Summer had good knowledge of the product and I truly appreciate her friendliness and patience. The estimate I received was within the dollar amount I would have expected to pay according to my research.

I called Friday evening and was able to get an appointment for Saturday afternoon. Justin called to let me know he was about 20 minutes away. When he arrived he was very professional and friendly. He assessed the situation and gave me several options, all of which were reasonable in cost. I opted for new doors which will be installed at a later date. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family. If all the technicians provide service as great as Justin then you can’t lose.

David was our tech and he had a trainee, Zach I believe. They took excellent care of us! Looked at the issue and presented us with various options to choose from for how to fix it. They were also sure to let us know what future issues to look out for because of the age of our door/opener, so we wouldn’t be surprised. They were quick, courteous, and very easy to talk to! I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use this company for future repairs!

Was not happy with the repair to my door. The spring was not loaded properly to balance the door saying I nee a new spring and repairs totaling 892.00. That is unacceptable.

Good reviews led me to call them. Door was sticking to extent it’s would trip the over load. David stopped by to do a tune up. He was courteous, knowledgeable and really represented the company excellently. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it as part of the tune up service. One happy customer will use them again if needed.

We had Josh Wright as our technician who came out today to work on our garage door. I called at 1:30PM and he was on site by 2:30ish. I had a working garage door by 4:30PM. We ended up getting our garage door converted over to a better dual spring system vs the original cheap system that was installed originally. Josh was super nice and very helpful. What I even appreciated even more is we made him aware our family is a high risk family for COVID-19. Josh wore gloves and made to sure to observe social distancing protocols. I would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone with any garage door needs. Thanks again for the great service!

I found Precision while searching for garage door service companies on google. After talking to service tech David, I decided to purchase a new door rather than just replace trim and weather strip. David was very patient and informative. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 was only due to the high price of the door. The process of receiving and installation of the door has not occurred yet so this review is only for the initial contact and discussion of the new door
