Travis fixed our garage door operation with repair of one wire. The wire had been broken by a raccoon which accidentically got locked inside when I closed the door without knowing the raccoon had come inside when the garage was left open at sunset. We still need some new parts to be replaced tomorrow.

I called Friday evening and was able to get an appointment for Saturday afternoon. Justin called to let me know he was about 20 minutes away. When he arrived he was very professional and friendly. He assessed the situation and gave me several options, all of which were reasonable in cost. I opted for new doors which will be installed at a later date. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family. If all the technicians provide service as great as Justin then you can’t lose.

They were also sure to let us know what future issues to look out for because of the age of our door/opener, so we wouldn’t be surprised. They were quick, courteous, and very easy to talk to! Good reviews led me to call them. Door was sticking to extent it’s would trip the over load. David stopped by to do a tune up. He was courteous, knowledgeable and really represented the company excellently. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it as part of the tune up service.
