Our technician, Dave Crowe, was just awesome. Super friendly and personable not to mention highly knowledgeable. He was polite and was able to assess my garage door situation and provide several solutions with 100% honesty in how far he thought each solution would last. After we made the decision he got right to work and had it wrapped up within an hour and our garage door works better than it ever has and is even much quieter. Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed!

Kevin and David Reidinger installed our new garage door and control pad on 2-14-20. These guys were very professional and skilled. It didn't take long for them to get the old door down and install the new doors, hardware and control pad. They took the time to answer our questions. I choose Precision because Cunningham Door said there was nothing they could do to repair the rubber seal at the bottom of my garage door.. The broken rubber seal allowed very cold air drafts into my garage.. I brought the house in 1994 and the garage door was installed by Cunningham.. Through the years I had Cunningham replace (once) the electric motor and on 2 or 3 other times to make adjustments--but they repeatedly told me they did not have the rubber seals at the bottom of their own garage door I brought from them in 1994--so I called Precision.. Josh was very professional and very nice and within an hour of his arrival the rubber seal was replaced.. I plan on calling Precision Door in the future for any garage door problem.. It was obvious that Cunningham Door wanted me to buy an entire new garage door.. Thank you, Precision Door for your quick very professional response!

Our mom recommended we use your company after she had excellent service from one of your technicians and they are older people. You treated them with such great respect we thought we would give you a shot too. We were not disappointed. John called us before hand to let us know he was in route, we didn’t have to wait the entire day and when he got there he was super nice, he was very friendly -even my pets liked him which is so so rare. Had some very good recommendations to explain to us the entire process, they gave us a breakdown of what the cost were and we went with the very best thing that was offered because we know there’s value in the work that was done and it has a warranty that backs it up and we trust in John. In this day and age, Customer service really is what sells the product but the product itself is so good it almost doesn’t need it but with John it’s a perfect combination. I feel like our product will last for a very long time and I trust in the warranty that we were told about as well. We got the rollers replaced on our very old original house just in case you needed to know

5 I was disappointed in not being able to have $10.00 discount for seeing your ad in yellow pages and online $15.00 coupon. The were very quick in fixing issue. Dwayne and Josh W. were the techs. Very funny but yet polite and up front with me.

Great service! Had an emergency on a Saturday and they were there ASAP and made the repairs fast and affordable! Communication from the installer David as well as communication from the office was great. Emailed pics of the serviceman that was coming so we’d be prepared.

George was unfriendly, non communicative to the point of being rude and seemed like he was not happy to be here. Two days later the door stopped working, so I had to call for another service call. The only reason I called Precision in the first place is that they give a senior discount. We will see if Josh Wright is any better at fixing it.
