Precision installed the original garage door opener and I remember everyone as having been so very nice, so when it needed service, it was logical to call them. I called Precision and spoke to a very courteous lady. I told her my problem with my garage door and she made an appointment for the next day. The next day I received a call from the technician telling me he was on his way. He arrived promptly and in a matter of minutes he figured out the problem and fixed my door. He was able to fix the garage door at half the price that was quoted over the phone. I was very impressed with the young man and will definitely call Precision again. I needed repairs on my garage door. I had seen Precision Garage Door’s commercial several times so I gave them a call and I’m glad I did. They scheduled service for the next day. The technician showed up within the arrival window and called in advance to notify me he was on the way. Tech quickly diagnosed the problem and provided repair options and estimates. Tech actually had all parts on hand to replace the motor and associated equipment during the visit. He gave me a good overview of the installation and performed an operational test. He was also very professional and friendly. An overall great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

The technician quoted me $786 to replace 2 springs and to lubricate my garage door. I paid the $65 service charge and sent the technician on his way. Called another service provider who agreed to do the same work for half the price.
