A total waste of my time. I got a message that said he would be here between 8 and 9. He showed up at 10:15. He said he couldn’t fix it that I needed a whole new door. It just needs the bottom rollers put back in place and adjusting. It has a dent that I can easily fix. He wasted my whole morning for nothing. I will never call precision again. I told them the kind of door I had and the size. He said he only does residential doors. Or something super easy.

All staff of Precision Garage Door Service we interacted with was courteous, friendly and attentive. Our tech, Kyle, has the most positive attitude and even took time to educate us on a few things while here. We felt so much better because of his visit & work he did. We appreciate your company and Kyle!!

The technician showed up within the designated timeframe, diagnosed the problems (Yes, there was more than one issue), and offered options when questioned about costs. From a broken spring and sensor issues, I now have a new system and a quiet belt drive. Very satisfied!

We had a spring that needed to be replaced on both garages and Kyle did an exceptional job. The garage doors now operate much more smoothly and quietly. Kyle demonstrated extensive knowledge and was even able to help with some alignment issues. Highly recommended!

When our spring broke they sent out a technician within 2 hours who actually showed up early, was very professional and personable, and got the job done in about an hour. We chose precision because they installed the door 9 years earlier. Outstanding service at a reasonable price. I can recommend without reservation.

We bought our garage door and opener system from Precision several years ago and have been pleased with the products and their service. This visit was to repair a broken spring (we use this door a lot) and replace an outdated remote keypad. Dakota was prompt, respectful, and did excellent work in a very reasonable period of time.

Rick, I am shocked at the price that we were charged for a simple repair of our garage door. $300 an hour is outrageous and then to be charged the $89 on top of that is highway robbery! We have used Precision before but will Not in the future. When I spoke to the receptionist about the fee to come out to check the problem, she led me to believe that if your company did the work we would not be charged.

I chose Precision again because of the great service I received when I needed a broken spring replaced in 2024. Trey was polite, professional and did a great job servicing my door. He called when on his way. I will use your company again.

Precision Garbage Door helped us tremendously when our door open failed to work returning home from having surgery. Jacky was out even sooner than expected, which worked for us and was extremely professional. It didn’t take long to replace the opener and to add an outside keypad that I had been wanting. Now we are having them to install 2 new doors and openers at my dad’s house and Jacky was there to provide that estimate for us and again very personable and professional. When I call the reps raking the calls are nice, courteous and friendly. I have recommended Precision Door already. Thank you!!
