Our technician Kyle Frederick was very professional, efficient, and polite. He had called to let us know that he would be about 15 minutes late because his previous job took longer than expected. He explained the repair very clearly and made sure we understood. He even asked if we minded him listening to music while he worked (which we could not hear inside the house). 10/10 recommend Kyle with Precision Door.

The tech that installed the opener was very polite.I am on disability and could not move my boat or lots of other things in his way,he moved everthing an used the boat deck to install most of the opener finished the rest on the floor.he did a great job an i would defenitly recommend your company to all my friends.

Excellent replacement of my garage door opener! After finding out it would require 3 or 4 days to acquire the parts to rebuild my 24 year old garage door opener, I decided to just replace the opener because of the age of the opener and the length of time it would require to obtain parts. The opener was replaced in minimal time!

We have been customers of yours for several years now, not needing your services very often but when we do we would not consider going to a different Garage door company. When we called, your service person was here within 45 minutes, maybe less. He was very professional in every way, and repaired our door very quickly snd efficiently and with a much lower price tag than we expected!

We have been doing business with this company for several years and had excellent service each time. Needed a new garage door so called them and Technician Hannah came out to give us an estimate. She was on time, professional and asked what we were looking for in a door. After measuring she presented what we were wanting and put all the information into the phone then sent it to us by email. It took all of approximately 45 minutes and received by email quickly. We also loved that my husband received a veteran discount. A nice bonus! Hannah was very personable and a joy to know, We are purchasing and can’t wait to have our door installed.

My technician, Kyle Frederick, did an EXCELLENT JOB! He explained to me the various options to repair my door and the costs of each one. I was worried that I would have to replace one of the panels, or maybe even the entire door, but he said that was not necessary. He did some adjustments to repair the place that was damaged and then installed a new Triple Touch Bottom Seal. Then he did a complete inspection, adjusted the tension springs, and lubricated all the rollers and hinges. The cost was very reasonable and much cheaper than I was expecting. Will definitely use Precision for any further garage door needs. Thanks!

Showed up on time. Was able to assess the problem and offer me options to either fix the existing garage door opener or replace it. He was knowledgeable about the problems and could discuss benefits of each option without going into a high pressure sales talk. I opted to replace mine. He replaced the garage door opener same visit and was done in under 2 hrs. I would definitely use this company again

Made the appointment online and Jason called me and said that he was on the neighborhood and could come over. Unfortunately I was on my way to Lexington so he came the next morning. We had a spring broke and the motor was smoking. Jason looked it over let me know what needed to be replaced and the price. He also looked at the other door and did some preventative maintenance on it. Finished in about 2 hours. Reprogrammed all the remotes including the car and we got a universal remote. Thanks again Jason.

Firstly, to point out extremely nice and kind tech you sent, Mark Keown, absolutely cultured and civilized guy, who patiently and with full respect listened to what I had to say…explained problem to my satisfaction, fixed it quickly and efficiently! Kudos to this technician! Secondly, which also should be kind of Firstly too, I was very disappointed that this springs problem happened now, 2026, after this door were installed 2018. It’s very, very soon to expect this problem and not cheap fixture(parts). It is my opinion, that even it’s manufacturer’s problem, bed quality and so on, it should be definitely discussion between Precision company (bcs we are primarily your customers) and manufacturers. It’s unacceptable what happened to us. Regardless of statistics, nobody I know, have this short life parts! Would like to have some feedback from you guys…would like to hear what that manufacture have to say!! This is not couple of $ but really expensive “game”. Thank you.

They were quick to respond when I use them prior. They were quick to set up an appointment. I knew my equipment was old. Needing the keypad reset and an extra garage door opener was not possible with units that were over 20 and possibly 25 years old. New ones were installed. I was satisfied with the technician. He explained what he was giving me and that I should register my equipment. When I went to register them, I was asked what model which I couldn’t find on any of the paperwork I was given. So I guessed one. Then they asked for a copy of my receipt. I had none. Instead, I sent a photograph of precisions letter acknowledging their service.

I was not familiar with Precision when I called, but I was looking for a company that could fix my garage door, at a fair price and as soon as possible, since the door would not open.
