Garage spring broke. Called the company that normally does my business and they were not making calls due to an impending snow storm. Called Precision and they were out in two hours to fix the broken spring. The technician was excellent. He was friendly, polite, explained things throughly and made me very comfortable with the repair. I now have a new company to call for my garage door needs. Well done Precision!

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door. I called on a Tuesday afternoon and a tech came out on Wednesday morning. Our tech Jason W. was prompt, professional and efficient. He did not try to oversell and was a pleasure to work with. He walked me through the problems with our garage door opener and what he was going to do to fix them, including the cost. Overall, working with Jason and Precision was a great experience!

Precision installed our garage doors almost 20 years ago and this is the first repair we've had to call in for a repair! Kyle came out and fixed a broken spring, he explained how the door works and gave me great information on how to maintain them moving forward. He even helped me with quotes on some updates I asked about and I will absolutely be requesting him when we schedule to have those done!
