Jeremy W and Skip did a 5-STAR-JOB in installing my new 18-foot garage door. I had experience numerous problems over the years with the old one (about 12 years old) that was NOT installed by Precision. The only reason that I checked 4-STARS is that the new door is a bit noisier than the old one, which I did not expect. Maybe it will "wear in" after a while. I have had great service over several years from your Company, and have recommended Precision to others.

Excellent from start to finish. I put an inquiry on the website and received a phone call within the hour to schedule my appointment. Received email confirming the appointment and who my technician would be. My appointment window was 8-12, Rick called at 7:30am to say he was on his way. He went over everything, did not recommend anything that wasn't needed and pointed out a hidden bearing failure that was a big reason for the problem I was having. Very professional. Will look no further if I need service again.

True to form, Josh arrived right on time yesterday to replace a broken garage door spring. My husband had called him directly on Monday to request the repair, not knowing it was his day off. He did not miss a beat in taking the call and forwarding the work order. In 2011, I had a overhaul to my existing garage door which included everything but the door and opener. A few weeks ago, another spring broke. I pulled my paperwork attached to the door and noticed a hand written explanation of “Lifetime Warranty “ on ALL parts rendered. I showed my receipt to the technician who expressed the company was bought out recently and they will not honor the warranty. Don’t assume a trustworthy company will uphold the liability from the previous owners!!! The technician apologized, phoned Precision with my receipt in hand and still would not honor the previous work. I was told by the technician that everything you have paid for previously shown on this receipt is no where near what we quote today. I had the word done due to bad weather and time; however, I will never give honor for future work with a company who does not honor past patrons.
