Thank you for such a quick response and excellent service. The original installer was unable to service my garage door needs because of a 4 month back order issue, so I did an online system search and connected with Precision. My wait time was “next day” and service was “excellent”. I am so pleased that I am currently awaiting a return call from the service technician to schedule another service appointment for both garage doors. Thank you again for the excellent service that your company provides.

The serviceman and his repair work were fine. The cost, however, seemed outrageous. I was ok with the 65.00 service call and 65.00 1 hr labor charge but not pleased with additional 88.00 maintenance fee and unhappy with paying 250.00 for a 70.00 spring. Total bill was 468 which I feel is about 200.00 overpriced.

After a through review of Overhead Garage Door Service Companies in November 2019 we selected Precision and were completely pleased with the installation of a new door. This week we experienced a problem with the Chain Drive Operator and called Precision and scheduled an appointment. Representative Thomas J arrived at our home exactly on time, made a an in inspection of the situation, professionally explained the problem. I am appreciative of his explanation and purchased a new Chain Drive Operator. Furthermore, will highly recommend when occasion arrives.

Called on a Sunday morning and the tech, skip came out that day. He let me know when he was 30 minutes away and arrived on time. After a very thorough inspection of my door and opener, he let me know exactly what was needed, the cost and even suggested a few options that I could consider while he was on site. Very professional and he was done in less than an hour. I am a home builder and would definitely call them again for my door service needs.

Precision Garage Door fixed a broken spring on our garage door on a holiday in a time crunch. It was easy to schedule, and our technician (Dewayne) was great. He was easy going, efficient, and helpful. In the past, the garage door was serviced by another company, but we'll definitely use Precision again.

I needed my door repaired and chose precision mostly because of their great feedback and 5 star ratings. The tech that worked on my door was Thomas, (a great name, just like mine)! Thomas is a rare commodity in today's world... a real gentleman and knows how to treat customers. Thomas started repairing my door and the wife and I thought we could settle in and watch a movie since it was a lot of work needing to be done. After less than a hour Thomas knocked on the door and said all done,WOW!! Fantastic workmanship I am a happy camper Thomas is the best and I will use this outfit again!

Josh arrived on a Sunday in the two-hour window I was given when making my appointment. He replaced both springs, both bearings and two of the rollers. I got the five year warranty on the labor and parts they replaced. I will definitely use Precision Garage Door again!

Outstanding service, less than 24 hours after calling, my garage door was repaired and good to go. The two people who did the work were courteous, professional and timely. I was provided 3 estimates, (to choose from), was not pressured or upsold in any way. Would highly recommend and should the need arises, will not hesitate to contact them in the future

Jason W. was my repair technician. We discussed two problems: 1. I thought was a stretched chain, and 2. the garage door is really noisy. There really wasn't a problem with the chain and he didn't try to fix a problem that didn't exist. Instead he thoroughly checked my door and we decided if I had some different rollers, plastic instead of metal, they would run smoother and more quiet. He was right! Dwayne you should be thankful you have a responsible and honest repairman, like Jason W., who looks out for your customers and represents your company so well. Thank you!
