A wonderful customer experience! I needed a remote opener replacement for my garage door and Cristina answered my call. She pulled up my information and had an immediately available technician to come over the same day! Shawn (or Sean), the technician) called me prior to arriving and was on time, professional and friendly. He programmed my remote in no time. Great team and customer service indeed over at Precision!

They arrived early and got started right away. Removed the old door and all the hardware. Replaced with all new rails and new hardware. Reattached the garage door opener. Then made final adjustments. Cleaned up what mess their was. Gave instructions. Then left. Very courteous while he was here. Eric would highly recommend for anyone needing a garage door.

I contacted Precision because that's who installed our garage door so I had no reason to contact another company. I received a call from Shawn within an hour or so saying he would be here in about an hour. He arrived at the expected time, I explained the problem we were having; he proceeded to diagnose the problem and suggested we may want to have general maintenance in addition to resolving the problem we were having. Shawn was very polite and knowledgeable and I have no problem giving him a 5 star rating.

I have seen your advertisement on tv. I liked same day service when you call. There was really no wait for the person to come. He fixed my problem very quickly and gave me information about problems to look for. My problem was a simple problem, changing battery in my door opener. He did not push me to do unnecessary work. It was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely call them again if there is a problem. Linda

This was my second time with you for service, first time new springs. Service man did a very nice job. This time I needed a gear replacement on the moter, the service man came out with wrong part, made a call said he would go get right one, and be back, never saw or heard for him again. Carrie the manager sent out John and his helper they took care of the problem. They were very nice, told me all I needed to know about the system. If a problem comes up again I will for sure call again. Nice people and nice company to do business with.

We called Precision to repair our garage door based on the favorable Online reviews, which I am happy to report were totally accurate. Our technician, Thomas, called when he was about 30 minutes out from our house, and he arrived on time. Thomas examined our door and all the mechanicals and quickly determined why the garage door opener was not working. There was also an issue with the spring, which was worn out since it had never been replaced. Thomas showed my husband and me two different quotes in writing, one with just repairing the door opener, and the other with repairing the door opener and also replacing the spring. We felt that both quotes were very reasonable and in-line with industry prices. Thomas was Very detail oriented and my husband was impressed with his knowledge and the care he was taking with our property. We will definitely call Precision again if the need arises, and we feel very comfortable with recommending Precision to our family and friends.

I called them late evening the night before the visit. The person on the phone asked me what the issue was, I told them how our door was not functioning and told him the make and model of our motor. He stated he could send a repair tech out for $75 dollars. Okay great. Send out tech, he is in my garage for all of 2 mins to tell me those motors can not be repaired due to the age of the motor. I don't mind paying the fee if there had been a service performed. So I paid $75 for an estimate, their website says estimates are free. If this particular brand is not -repairable why send a tech and not just tell me that via the phone. Second issue they quoted me near 1000 for a specific motor. I have never delt with garages or what the prices typically are. So i decided to call around, understand all company's will be different prices but for the exact same motor and install they change nearly more than $500 compared to 4 other company's in the Louisville area.
