Shawn Hull was my Technician who came out to inspect and fix my garage door. He was awesome! A personable young man. He went over everything with me as he was inspecting and tried to fix the existing garage door opener; but it needed replacing (after 25 years). He had a quote ready quickly thereafter and was knowledgeable about the product when I asked questions. He ended up having to stay much longer than anticipated and in this heat that could not have been easy. Through it all, he was professional. When I get the other one replaced I am going to request him! Thanks, Shawn.

Scheduled an appointment same day and service technician actually called early to see we could meet. Upon arrival Cam (Service Tech) was extremely polite, explained in detail what steps he would take after assessing the problems with two garage door openers. Had right side garage door spring cable spool re-strung and door re-aligned. Repair person was very prompted, professional and preformed the repair task very quickly. I was very impressed with Precisions available to administer a repair order time, the same day as I called.

This was the 2nd time we had to use your service. My mother had recently passed and the door broke leaving my car stuck inside. When I opened my garage door, it made a terrible noise and opened about six inches off ground on right side and about two inches on left. Power stayed on but door would not open or close. Also blew a part off the top of the door. I called the Precision Middletown, Ky phone number and explained the problem. The girl I talked with arranged a late day appointment but promised to let technician know to come earlier if possible. I was called a little later and advised by technician he was on his way. My technician was Jason Wallace, I couldn't have asked for a better and more knowledgeable technician. He was polite and very good at explaining what had happened and presented two options to fix the door. He presented two estimates and explained the warranty on each. He was very thorough and a very good worker. He never stopped until the door was fixed. You couldn't ask for a better technician and/or representative than Jason. I also want to give recognize the girl who made my appointment. She did exactly what she said she would do. My thanks to you and your company.

Cam was extremely professional and gave us a quick & thorough maintenance session and noticed that our safety light was out of position.
