The service tech that showed up was very friendly and knowledgeable. Once he inspected the current door situation, he knew what to do and got it repaired, he even installed an key pad I purchased awhile back. I know who to call if the door has a problem.

I called Precision to repair my door. After review, I discovered my spring snapped into two segments. Precision had installed my Sister's door, opener ext... I knew she was satisfied with her service so I knew that is the company to phone for service and I was correct. Rick arrived and in less than 2 hours I had a perfectly working garage door. Springs changed, rollers replaced, new bearings, cable drums replaced. The price was fair for service rendered. I would absolutely call Prescision again when needed and would recommend they to family and friends!

As we open the garage the spring broke I called the company that I normally use they said they were about a week and a half behind as I was talking to them I seen this commercial on TV about precision so I called the girl was nice and friendly answered my questions and said she could have a tech out the next day said it would be $65 service call if the tech fixed it they waived the $65 I said OK then I Ask her can I pay with credit card she said yes so the next day The service tech came out looked at the door gave me a price and I said OK the girls that I can pay with credit card he said yes but they charge a fee I said the girl didn’t say that yesterday so he did the work his name was Tommy very friendly seem like he knew what he was doing he got through tell me how much it was and we wrote a check he said you get an invoice on email with the price and I think him and he left when I seen the email later on I seen the $65 was there but it was too late he was already gone just as not happy because that not what I was told

Response and communication was easy, if you don't mind being ripped off! DO NOT CALL these people; for a simple, single garage door spring repair job ($300-$400), they provided 2 quotes, one was $988 and the other was $1,100. If you are in the Bardstown/Cox's Creek area, go with Bardstown Overhead Door; they charged $350 and gave me none of the run around BS.

Have used Precision previously and will certainly continue to use this company. An actual person answers the phone and schedules an appointment. The receptionist was personable, intelligent, and efficient- I was scheduled for the following day. The technician, Cam, was timely knowledgeable and very effective. Came out the day I contacted them. They will charge you $65 to come out and give you a quote. The price for garage door opener and installation was double than other businesses. Not very happy with the pricing and then being charged for absolutely nothing.

The technician did a great job. Only complaint I have is I had to purchase a new remote in order to sync with the new control. The cost was $90 and the price at lowes is $40. I asked the technician why I couldn’t purchase one from you since he was here for $40. He said he doesn’t set prices. Since he was here I had him install the new remote. The technician said he didn’t know how to wire the old remote to my other garage door. I fell I should get a credit for $50. I know that won’t happen but at least I relayed my comments.

Travis showed up on time after his courtesy call saying he was coming. He thoroughly explained his plan to replace the springs and the price. He worked efficiently the whole time. He finished when he said he would and then tested "everything". We now have a very quiet garage door.

The technician who came to my house (I think he said his name was Cam (maybe short for Cameron?)) was friendly, knowledgeable, did the work quickly without trying to sell me on more services than I asked for or needed (just a little preventative maintenance), and he answered all my questions.
