Our garage door broke last night and Precision was able to come out to fix it the very next day. They gave me a window of 11-1 and Jason was here right at 11. My garage door would not open or close with out holding the control button in. Alex immediately saw and solved the problem. The laser light was knocked out of alignment. He showed e how to align it. He also lubricated the the appropriate joints.

Service call was early but tech notified me about it. Price for service was high and when bill was paid by credit card, I was not notified of the 4% service charge for paying by credit card by the tech

I picked Precision because they were able to help me faster than other companies. Including the one that installed the garage door. They said they had 24 hour emergency service but no one could come down to let us out of the garage we were trapped in. And the earliest they could get to us was 3 days. Wonder why they advertise 24 hour emergency service. Next garage service will be first to Precision.
