Because Precision had such excellent Advertising, as soon as we returned home last night and closed our Garage Door, we heard a loud popping sound and the door would not open, and one of our Vehicles was still in the Garage. But I had no trouble remembering Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I called that night, someone answered and even though the next day was Christmas Eve, we were given a morning time for someone to come and fix. His name was John and he was excellent! He told us right away what the problem was and he was right - He fixed it and it works like a New Door! Better than it was before it broke! We thanked him for his Service and for his company's advertising. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is the company to call. I've never written a Review on a Company before, but having just seen the Ad and then have to call someone - timing was perfect and their Service was awesome.

My garage door wouldn’t go up. I called Precision and serviceman came out within 2 hours. He diagnosed broken spring and immediately installed 2 new springs. I was happy with the service.

Precision came out the day after we called, so we had virtually no wait. The technician called to alert us to this arrival time, was prompt and courteous. He wore a mask. Precision did a great job! I called them on a Saturday morning at 11:00am, and by 4pm my garage door was back in business! They quoted me several different options, and even worked with my home warranty company to give them the details so I could be reimbursed. Highly recommend!

I recently had Precision replace the bottom seal on my garage door. I called and they gave me an appointment for the following day. The technician (David) called to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival he was very upfront with my options and what the cost would be. He also gave me a complete review of the condition of my door, opener, springs, rollers etc. I was very satisfied with his work and intend to use Precision when the need arises.

the service tech came to our door 15 minutes prior to beginning of time window. He was very professional, ask me to remove the vehicles from garage, told me the charge for the service and equipment. He programed the new opener-remote . Made sure both doors were programed into opener . Presented me with invoice, gave him payment, he sent via email my paid invoice . I called a company that had serviced my garage door before but they couldn’t come out until Wednesday of the next week. I saw Precision’s ad that said same day service in some circumstances and weekend service at no extra charge. This was on a Friday. I scheduled a service appointment for Saturday morning. The technician was very friendly and knowledgable. He diagnosed the problem and gave me a choice between a repair and a new opener with prices. There was no pressure. I selected the repair at this time.

I was having trouble getting my garage door to go all the way down so after reading some reviews, I called Precision out to look at it. A friendly young man showed up, but sadly it quickly became apparent that he had no real intention of fixing my garage door. Not for a reasonable price, anyway. He told me there were so many things wrong with the door that it would take more then 700.00 to fix it, then he proceeded to try to sell me a brand new garage door for more then twice that price. I quickly paid the service change and sent him on his way. A couple of days later my brother came over and made some minor adjustments to the door and the door was going up and down normally again. The bottom line is this, I wouldn’t trust a company that would treat their customers this way. He was trying to sell something without being honest about it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

What amazing service! We were given a 2-hour window for arrival & promised a call when they were about 30 mins away. Both were right on. Rick diagnosed the problem, gave us 3 options for the repairs and got to work quickly. He was very professional and polite and left the work area totally clean.
