I usedPrecision once before and was pleased with their prompt and courteous service. I was having an intermittent problem with my garage door, not closing, and I called them first thing. The service tech called me telling me when he would be at my home and then about 15 minutes later, he called me again telling me that traffic was pretty heavy and he may be just a little bit later. The technicians name was cam and he was a ray of sunshine. He could not find anything wrong with my door, the openers, the rollers or the entire motor device. He went over it several times, and explained to me what my options were. Rather than just haphazardly replacing thousands of dollars of equipment he told me that my one time service fee would be good for 90 days. He said to call them back immediately if it happens again, and they will gladly come back out. I appreciated his honesty and his thoroughness in checking all the parts of the garage and the garage door openers. I thanked Cam for his honesty and gladly took his advice. Joyce Wilson

Tech was ok…pricing is out of site…tech tried to convince us that everyone is about the same.. but as he was completing the work, we found out the job was over $200 overpriced… thank you very much for the adj… not sure we can ever trust your pricing again.

I’ve used Precision Door in the past for a repair. The service tech did a great job and left their company sticker. When I recently bought a new vehicle, I scheduled an appointment to have the door opener synced to my SUV. The service tech was very courteous and professional. He looked at my SUV and the door opener, and wasn’t sure they would sync because of the age of the opener. He kept trying and got them to sync. I greatly appreciate his effort! I’m looking into getting a new opener and will definitely use Precision Door. Wonderful company with great service techs! I highly recommend!

We called late Precision and they gave us a window of time for a technician to come out the next morning. Dakota did an excellent job fixing our garage door. Our garage door broke last night and Precision was able to come out to fix it the very next day. They gave me a window of 11-1 and Jason was here right at 11. My garage door would not open or close with out holding the control button in. Alex immediately saw and solved the problem. The laser light was knocked out of alignment. He showed e how to align it. He also lubricated the the appropriate joints.
