Technicians showed up as promised. Even called to say they would be a little late. Came in and asked what the problem was and then inspected everything. The professionalism and friendliness was amazing. They fixed the issues and the price was fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company and the Technicians to anyone having garage door issues.

They charge a $100+ nonrefundable fee just to come out. And it does not get applied to the cost if you agree to the work.I was quoted a low price on the phone then when the tech got here the price suddenly jumped by $300 for the same work. Bait and switch? They make it tough to decline the price by charging a high price just to come out. I will never use them again nor will I use any other repair company that charges a fee to come out. Feels like another scam.

The 2 technicians that came out were Outstanding! They were both friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you! My only complaint is that Precision chose to replace my Liftmaster garage opener (had it for 21 years) with a Linear 2 years ago, which appears to be of lower quality, because I had to have Precision on come out for the Linear unit/circuit board. I wasn’t aware of the difference in quality of the garage door openers until Now. Please don’t choose Linear anymore.

I had Precision replace the garage door about 4 years ago. The motor was not replaced at that time. Dakota came out, trouble shooting the motor and determined it had to be replaced. He replaced it, sold me additional remotes and even programmed my car. Dakota was 1 safety minded, 2 professional, 3 personable and 4 knowledgeable. I would use Precision again and absolutely would appreciate Dakota receiving the run to my home.

YOUR SERVICE MAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL, HE WENT ABOUT HIS BUSINESS AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS THAT I ASKED OF HIM EXCEPT HELPING ME UNDERSTAND HOW I COULD BE SO STUPID AS TO NOT OPEN MY DOOR WHEN I WANTED TO GO OUT. i WOULD RATE HIM TOP QUALITY EVEN THOUGH HE IS NOT A RELATIVE OF MINE. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM FOR A RAISE PRETTY SOON.

We chose Precision based on their 5 star reviews. Unfortunately, we cannot give that. Cam was a pleasant technician. Communicated well what the issue was. Gave us 2 options on how to resolve the issue. We chose just to replace the chain rail (which was all that was needed). Our issue was after he left. Thankfully I was leaving after Cam, but my garage door would not close when engaging my remote. I called Cam and he quickly returned and assisted reprogramming my opener to my car (though this should not have been required when replacing the chain rail). Then in the evening when we were letting our dog out, she broke thru the line sensor and instead of the door going up as a safety feature, the door went in reverse and started to close on our dog. This could have caused injury to our dog. So we will need for Precision to come out again and reverse the safety feature so our dog or a person is not injured. Just make sure ALL normal working behaviors of a garage door is checked before the technician leaves.
