A total waste of my time. I got a message that said he would be here between 8 and 9. He showed up at 10:15. He said he couldn’t fix it that I needed a whole new door. It just needs the bottom rollers put back in place and adjusting. It has a dent that I can easily fix. He wasted my whole morning for nothing. I will never call precision again. I told them the kind of door I had and the size. He said he only does residential doors. Or something super easy.

Our garage door tension springs failed. We called and were able to receive same day service (even on a Saturday). The technician was kind, courteous and efficient. He was able to replace our springs in an hour. He presented me with options that fit our needs. Understandingly, he looked at our garage door opener and saw that it was older and could benefit from getting replaced even though that’s not the reason for the service. He presented me with options for the work he could perform. We declined getting a new opener and we appreciated that he did don’t try to pressure us into getting it. Overall we appreciated the work performed and would recommend this company.

We bought our garage door and opener system from Precision several years ago and have been pleased with the products and their service. This visit was to repair a broken spring (we use this door a lot) and replace an outdated remote keypad. Dakota was prompt, respectful, and did excellent work in a very reasonable period of time.
