Very quick, great service. My garage door spring broke in the evening. I made an appointment through the website, and the next morning the springs were replaced, and the garage door was back in service. They had all the required parts and tools in their truck. Jason was great, answered all of my questions, and was professional. I highly recommend.

I checked the BBB rating and felt comfortable contacting Precision. My appointment was scheduled promptly and at a time that would fit my schedule. The office staff were friendly and helpful and explained how the charges would be implemented. The technician called to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He was friendly and courteous. He knew how to fix my door and explained the charges before proceeding. He installed new sensors which fixed the problem with my door. I am completely satisfied with the service provided.

We have used Precision twice now. Both times they have been prompt, professional, and reasonable. They walked us through the problem and our options to resolve it. Precision Door's technician, Cam, arrived ahead of schedule. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He did a complete check of our problem (door was not closing as it should the day before, but seems to work fine today--don't you hate it when that happens?). So, since we bought that opener from Professional in December of 2023 (thirteen months or so back) he didn't charge us for this visit since there was no problem--but said, "If you call us back tomorrow, there will be a service charge." Friendly, on time, professional . . . what more could you ask for? When we decide to replace our 18-year old door, I know who I'm calling!
