Technicians showed up as promised. Even called to say they would be a little late. Came in and asked what the problem was and then inspected everything. The professionalism and friendliness was amazing. They fixed the issues and the price was fair and reasonable. I had Precision replace the garage door about 4 years ago. The motor was not replaced at that time. Dakota came out, trouble shooting the motor and determined it had to be replaced. He replaced it, sold me additional remotes and even programmed my car. Dakota was 1 safety minded, 2 professional, 3 personable and 4 knowledgeable. I would use Precision again and absolutely would appreciate Dakota receiving the run to my home.
