We are repeat customers. Several years ago, Jason installed a new garage door opener and we called Precision again when our spring broke. Jason and Jackie were great to work with and were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The new spring was installed quickly and we can open/close our door again!

Came Early to repair broken springs. Garage is almost 20 years old. Everything had to be replaced except for the motor. Thank heavens. The wires were frayed. They were too small. The rollers were old. Dakota did a fabulous job in record time. The fact he could get the garage door open. Both springs were broken. Was amazing. We've used them before in the past for a tune-up and we'll continue to use precision garage.

Spring broke, I was able to schedule an appointment for a time that was convenient for me and more importantly cost was very reasonable. Spring was fixed and service was top notch. I chose Precision because I had always heard that Precision was a very reputable company. And I was right! The technician showed up a little bit early and explained what needed to be done. The very large spring above the door had snapped in half. He told me he could have the door repaired in an hour. Well, it took him about 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and very courteous.
