I was very happy with the turnaround time for my appointment. I called at 8:15 AM and tech was at my house at 9:45. Tech was friendly. Fixed the issue in less than an hour. My only complaint was cost. As I mentioned, tech took less than an hour to fix the problem, but the charge was over $400. I just feel that’s high for something that took less that an hour to fix and required no new parts. Other than this, I was pleased with the experience.

The opener COULDN’T be fixed, but the service repair person was very good. THE PROBLEM WAS NOT in the door opener it was in the big unit. Everything works but door opener to fix it had to replace entire Garage opener.hand unit ok car ok outside number button ok. Decided not to spend 8-9 hundred dollars to replace the unit,

I picked Precision Garage because when I had an issue years ago they came out same day and stayed until the problem was fixed and my door could open again. That's why I had them put in a new door when the time came. I've had a few issues with the new door but they were fixed. The service person who came today was professional and fixed the issues quickly. The door is now quiet and doesn't rub the top of the door when it closes. Was very happy with Alex.

The install was done in a professional timely manor. John, the technician, was on time and very personable. When I called to get an estimate,I ended up having to call back 3 times to get it. My initial install date was Friday April 5 in the morning, I was called that morning and rescheduled for the afternoon! I was then called the same day and rescheduled for Tuesday April 9 because the opener was not in stock. My only point of contention is this, I was charged a diagnostic charge of $115. I did not need diagnosis, I wanted a new garage door opener. There was absolutely no diagnostic done so I feel like the diagnostic charge should not apply.

Was shocked at the cost of door springs to replace my broken one. They were cheaper back in 2015 Dakota did a great job in replacing the springs along with end caps in a very timely manner. Also adjusted door speed which I think will help.

The 2 technicians that came out were Outstanding! They were both friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you! My only complaint is that Precision chose to replace my Liftmaster garage opener (had it for 21 years) with a Linear 2 years ago, which appears to be of lower quality, because I had to have Precision on come out for the Linear unit/circuit board. I wasn’t aware of the difference in quality of the garage door openers until Now. Please don’t choose Linear anymore.

Mr. Wallace installed the new motor for the garage door and then demonstrated how to open and close it from the controller on my garage wall and from the remote control inside my vehicle.. He explained the warranty and gave me a receipt.. It was a very pleasant experience working with Precision Door to fix my garage door..

Jeremy W and Skip did a 5-STAR-JOB in installing my new 18-foot garage door. I had experience numerous problems over the years with the old one (about 12 years old) that was NOT installed by Precision. The only reason that I checked 4-STARS is that the new door is a bit noisier than the old one, which I did not expect. Maybe it will "wear in" after a while. I have had great service over several years from your Company, and have recommended Precision to others.
