Kyle was absolutely one of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He went above and beyond to do work for us, and he was outstandingly friendly. He told us exactly what we needed, gave us a few options to even improve our garage door and it came with a 5 year warranty. Super happy to have chosen Precision to work on our door.

I found Precision on the Internet. I liked being able to talk to a "real" person and set up an appointment for same day service. In a very short time I received a call from Jason Wallace that he was only 20 minutes away. He arrived at 9:30 and completed the repairs by 10:30. He gave me options on what needed to be fixed and the cost involved. Jason was very knowledgeable and wasted no time finishing the repairs. Thank you to a very nice young man.

I had a great experience with Jason today. Jason was the person who installed my beautiful glass and metal garage door seven years ago. He is intelligent, articulate, and just plain nice to have in my home. My door has never had a problem and today was a pull of the cord and it was fixed. My door is the envy of my neighbors. Thank you Jason!

I called this morning as someone tried to break into my house last night and jacked up one corner of my garage door. Technician (Dakota) was at my house by 9:15. Assessed the damage immediately, gave me a quote on the repairs, and had it fixed by 9:45. Very nice young man. Quick and efficient. The cost was a lot less than I expected. I would recommend Precision to anyone and will call them again if I ever need this type of service again.
