My garage door torsion spring broke overnight. I called them first thing the next morning and they had a technician out within an hour. The technician, Tim May, was fast, efficient, and explained everything thoroughly! It was less than two hours total from first contact to completion of the job. SUPER impressed and pleased! I am in real estate and needs like this arise for clients all the time. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to all! Thank you for the great service!

We have used Precision each time we have had a garage door issue. They are consistently prompt, reliable, dependable and very professional. Today they responded quickly to my problem, assessed the repairs needed and provided me with options. Was shocked at the cost of door springs to replace my broken one. They were cheaper back in 2015 Dakota did a great job in replacing the springs along with end caps in a very timely manner. Also adjusted door speed which I think will help.

A spring broke on my Garage door on Friday evening 3/29/24. On the Saturday morning of 03/30/24 I went to your website and asked for an appointment. Your office called me within 30 minutes , scheduled a Technician to be at my house between noon and 2PM, today, the same day, he arrived at 11:30 AM and had the repairs done by 2PM. Jason Wallace was the Technician. You could not ask for a better person and better customer service. I used Precision before and will again. Good JOB, and Thanks.

Great experience! I was first impressed that Precision was able to send someone out 2 hours after I called to set up an appointment to fix a broken tension spring. They charge a $100+ nonrefundable fee just to come out. And it does not get applied to the cost if you agree to the work.I was quoted a low price on the phone then when the tech got here the price suddenly jumped by $300 for the same work. Bait and switch? They make it tough to decline the price by charging a high price just to come out. I will never use them again nor will I use any other repair company that charges a fee to come out. Feels like another scam.
