We have always used Precision Garage Doors for service. They are dependable with scheduling and their technicians are polite and show up on time. Today Cam Gullion repaired the broken spring on our garage door. He arrived at the time he said he would be there and finished the job diligently and professionally. He even showed me a picture of his new precious baby! I will always use Precision for garage door repairs in our home.

I called this morning as someone tried to break into my house last night and jacked up one corner of my garage door. Technician (Dakota) was at my house by 9:15. Assessed the damage immediately, gave me a quote on the repairs, and had it fixed by 9:45. Very nice young man. Quick and efficient. The cost was a lot less than I expected. I would recommend Precision to anyone and will call them again if I ever need this type of service again.

We are repeat customers! We used Precision Garage Door to install a new door on the small garage at our new house. A year or so later we used Precision again when the springs on the door of our attached garage broke. So yesterday when we could not raise or lower the door on the attached garage and it was halfway up and lopsided I knew who to call! They do excellent work, always quote a price and let you know beforehand if there will be any additional charges. Eric Mitchell, our repair person, showed us what happened, what he needed to do and got it fixed! He even showed up how to lubricate to rollers and coils to keep the door opening and closing smoothly, we had no idea we were supposed to be doing this! Thanks Eric, for helping us out and doing a great job!

Technician was very helpful. The service was dependable, easy to schedule and quick. Overall, I am very pleased that my problem was resolved so quickly. My only complaint is that an extra labor charge was added to the service call fee. I believe if no parts are replaced the labor should be included in the service fee. Aside from that, I would use service again.

I am fairly new to the Louisville area. Sadly, I heard a loud boom the other night, and couldn't figure out what it was. The next morning when I went to go to a doctor's appointment, I realized the boom, was the spring to my garage door. I had seen the commercials on TV for Precision and looked them up. I noticed their reviews were all positive, so I called them. Tim came out to my house and was awesome. He explained what was needed to get the door up and running again. Upon further inspection he found another issue but wasn't pushy about getting it repaired now. I'm glad I chose to though. Once he got the parts off, he found another broken piece. Had I not had them fix it all at the same time, I found have been dealing with a bigger issue later. Thanks, Tim, for all your hard work.

I made an appointment online and had to call and change the next day. All was easy and customer service was great! My window of time was between 2-4 and Kyle arrived right after 2pm. He was very friendly and quickly repaired the small damaged area on my garage door and was out of there in about 30 minutes. Would highly recommend Precision!

Precision door had their technician Dakota install a garage door opener and new remotes last summer. I had some difficulty with the keypad in December, which Dakota addressed, remedy the situation and all was well. The keypad stopped working again, and Dakota returned and installed a new keypad again solving the problem. Dakota is a very professional, friendly and helpful young man and your service has been A-1.

I was very happy with the turnaround time for my appointment. I called at 8:15 AM and tech was at my house at 9:45. Tech was friendly. Fixed the issue in less than an hour. My only complaint was cost. As I mentioned, tech took less than an hour to fix the problem, but the charge was over $400. I just feel that’s high for something that took less that an hour to fix and required no new parts. Other than this, I was pleased with the experience.

When we purchased our home and had the garage added on, we chose Precision Door. The door was beautiful, but some time later we had the "windows" changed and made it even more beautiful. We have owned our home for 24 years and have had the same door for as many years. The young man who came to exchange two of our garage door openers inspected the door and motor first and informed us that: (1) the motor had lasted a lot longer than most motors and (2) would need to be replaced with the next 2 years. So we not only had a new motor installed but he also programed our 2 new garage door openers and the automatic opener in one of our cars. He was an excellent technician and really did us a favor by letting us know that the motor was really old and needed to be replaced.

I needed a small repair done to my garage door. None of the panels were dented or broken. Your repairman worked less than 20 minutes and I was charged $524.00 RIDICULOUS!!!! I will never use this company again and will not recommend them to anyone I know.

Probably one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. The tech, Kyle was personable and professional and a joy to talk to. I can't give enough high praises for him - totally the best. Now I am not a person that worries too much on how things look, I just want it to work but he checked with me on where he could run the wiring for the inside garage door opener could go and set it up. Was more concerned with what I wanted over just slapping something up on a wall. Total satisfied customer and just so you know I simply looked online for a company and picked Precision. I do not know anyone personally from the company. But will definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks for a great job!!!!!

I discovered that one of my garage door springs had broken around 11:00 a.m. Tuesday morning. I immediately called Precision Garage Door and got an appointment between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Tuesday afternoon. The service technician called around 1:30 p.m. to inform me he was 30 minutes away. The technician arrived around 2:00 p.m. and completed the job around 3:30 p.m. I appreciate the upfront pricing and prompt replacement of my garage door springs. I booked my appointment with Precision online for the same day. I had a technician here within an hour, he had me back up and running in less than 45 minutes. This included a new motor, new sensors. Two clickers with the availability to open it from your phone also.
