I have an old garage door on my garage and have had Precision door technicians come out to my house, three times. When they came out today it was because of a warranty issue, but Dakota was very professional and took care of the problem very quickly. He only replaced what needed to be replaced (springs & bearings) & did not try to sell me anything else. The motor is 17 years old. He told me it is still good & I should get another few more years out of it. Will definitely use them again in the future.

The opener COULDN’T be fixed, but the service repair person was very good. THE PROBLEM WAS NOT in the door opener it was in the big unit. Everything works but door opener to fix it had to replace entire Garage opener.hand unit ok car ok outside number button ok. Decided not to spend 8-9 hundred dollars to replace the unit,

Technician arrived about one hour after I called. Checked out the entire system and determined that everything looked good except for the 24 year old Sears opener! Didn't make sense to repair a unit old. Technician systematically removed old unit and installed a new one, checking that it worked perfectly. Job well done !

THE INDIVIDUAL WHO WAS SENT TO MY RESIDENT FROM PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. HE EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND EVEN GAVE ME SOME VERY HELPFUL RECOMMENDATIONS AS TO MAINTENANCE. I picked Precision Garage because when I had an issue years ago they came out same day and stayed until the problem was fixed and my door could open again. That's why I had them put in a new door when the time came. I've had a few issues with the new door but they were fixed. The service person who came today was professional and fixed the issues quickly. The door is now quiet and doesn't rub the top of the door when it closes. Was very happy with Alex.

The ad stated 24/7 service and that is just what we needed. Both of our cars were in the garage and the door would not open. The service man was very quick to respond and quicker to fix the problem. We called at 9am and our door was open before noon. Couldn't have been more pleased with the service man who arrived so quickly and explained everything to us. Hopefully we will ot have further problems but if we do we know who to call.
