I had previously used Precision to replace broken garage door springs. The technician was prompt, courteous, explained the work including the costs. I decided who better to trust again for additional work and I have no regrets. The technician was timely and even had great sense of humor. The install and work done today was fantastic, professional, satisfying as if I purchased brand new garage doors. No need to look any further than Precision Garage Door Service for me. Service staff are professional and courteous. setting the appointment was reasonably easy. I have used Precision in the past for service work. But, I think some of the charges are a little bit high.

Trey analyzed the situation, diagnosed the problems and offered manageable solutions. Our issues were resolved in timely fashion. One of my garage doors wasn’t working properly. I’ve used Precision before so I went with you again. It was expensive and unexpected for me to have to pay $1402. The technician was nice and helpful. I only wish you guys had a same as cash option so the payout wouldn’t have been so painful.

Our garage door would not open and it was on Sunday. My husband called Precision and they came out that day. They employee, Jacqueline, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She replaced the springs and some barrings and our door was back in business. I loved the quick response and repair. Excellent service!

A number of years ago our garage door system failed. Not knowing who to call, we picked Precision Door. They were able to install a new system the next day...a current, state of the art and very quiet new system, complete with an external access keypad to replace our outdated failed system. We were thrilled. Fast forward to 2 days ago...I came home about 9PM, parked the car in the garage and closed the door...heard a loud popping/banging sound as door closed. Sure enough a spring had broken. It was 9PM and our car was now in the garage with a door that wouldn't work. I called Precision hoping to leave a message BUT I got to talk to a live tech...he made an appointment for us for the next day (yesterday, Wednesday). Austin showed up right on time, confirmed the problem was a broken spring, and installed new springs and bearings for a very reasonable price. Wiithin 30 minutes we were back in business. We can't say enough about Precision Door. Their responsiveness, availability and competence put them at the top as far as my wife and I are concerned.

We picked Precision Garage Door because we have used them for repairs in the past. Today, I had significant problems trying to open our garage door. I quickly discovered that the wire cables were all broken. I called for help from your company, and I was very happy to have had Trey Martin arrive to do the job. He spent time replacing all of the cables and working on the springs to fix the problem. The door is working very well now! I highly commend Trey for his work and for his professionalism! He did a great job!

We have an old garage and was worried it will cost us much to have it repaired, the price was reasonable that we also requested for the installation of rhe motor we have purchased before & was happy for the work done. I am a repeat customer of Precision Garage Door. They are everything you want in a company. I called at 2:00p and they were here at 3:00p. One of my springs was broken and, of course, my car was locked inside. The tech was knowledgeable and concerned with keeping down the costs to me. I really appreciated that. He got me a three year warranty and explained how I could save money with annual maintenence inspections. His name was Kyle and couldn't have been better.
