First of all, I was very disappointed that nothing could be down about reprogramming the remotes to my garage door after someone stole it from my car. The technician who came by said the only way would be to replace the system for 2 garage openers in the amount of $1100.00 plus. I was charged an $89.00 fee and there was nothing the technician could do. Why didn’t the person from Precision call center tell me without changing the whole system, there was nothing they could do. The technician was courteous and prompt. He didn’t do anything but recommend replacing the units. I called another garage company and was told they could delete the history and reprogram my remotes for about $150. I sorry, but I feel ripped off by Precision and could NEVER recommend them. I had to give 1 star rating in order to submit this review, otherwise they wouldn’t have gotten that.

I had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Door! My technician, Dakota, was absolutely AMAZING. He was prompt, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, and transparent. He was able to diagnose my issue right away. He provided me with an estimate with a couple of different options, depending on the extent of service I wanted. He got the work done in about an hour, and my garage door is good as new. He went above and beyond in service and even was able to save me some money from the initial estimate based on the replacement parts he used. Now, was this repair inexpensive? No. Was it timely, thorough, high-quality, and left me feeling confident and satisfied with the resolution? Absolutely. Dakota did such a good job with my repair that I'm hoping I won't have to call these folks for a LONG time. But if for any reason I do need my garage door looked at in the future, I know who to call...

Our garage door spring broke on Saturday. Both our cars were inside the garage at the time so we were stranded. Called Precision Garage Door in the afternoon and were scheduled for Sunday service. The technician, Josh Goodman was right on time and had the repair completed in about 1 1/2 hours. The whole experience with Precision Garage Door was just fine. A+
