I would like to thank Kyle and Precision Garage Door for excellent customer service and repair. One of the springs on our garage door broke and it was very easy to set up an appointment online for a quick repair. When the Kyle arrived for the repair, he performed a safety inspection on the door and provided us a clear and professional evaluation of our repairs. Repairs were completed quickly and the garage door is working like new. We will definitely call on Precision for future repairs and the eventual future replacement of our garage doors. Thanks!

My garage door spring broke on a Friday night with my vehicle trapped inside. I called Precision Door and they said they could have a technician out the next morning. My technician arrived a little after 8:00, replaced both springs and performed other replacements as needed. Kyle was fantastic, a really personable, genuine nice guy. Very satisfied with the service.

I’m have serious concerns with the knowledge and quality of work. I called Precision to do regular maintenance and install and program a remote keypad. Wasn’t able to program a new remote and 10 days later a spring snaps and Precision charges me over $1100. to fix it. I’ve never had an issue with this over head door until Precision messed with it. Not Happy.

Jason Wallace was our tech and he did a great job of evaluating our needs and sending me quotes what it would take when we need your service.
