Great service. Chance identified the problem immediately. Line of path for sensors blocked by snow shovel. Along with identifying the issue he checked the remotes for proper service and re-educated me on the wall panel, especially the lock and unlock button. Collin arrived right on time and got straight to evaluating my problem and then gave me choices for my repair. I went with the door overhaul, which it desperately needed. Within an hour I had a fully functional door again, and it is quieter than it has ever been. I will probably have the folks back out next month to overhaul my other garage door and possibly install 2 openers on a new building I am putting up. Totally satisfied.

We had to go to some lengths to contact Precision Door Garage Service because we had misplaced our 2012 Invoice. Having been pleased with that service we wanted this company to help us again. Our technician, Chance, came on time and immediately diagnosed our problem. He also recommended replacing our door "rollers" as a means of solving one of our concerns. He tolerated my watching him go about his work and that did not reduce his efficiency or courtesy. We will definitely call on this company again if we have difficulty. We strongly recommend Chance and were pleased to know that we can call on him if he is available in the future when we need help.

We were pleased with our new garage motor installation after a storm surge fried our previous one. The tech was on time and professional. We wanted to have a motor that we purchased at Menards put in, however after some discussion our tech was able to get us an affordable system that was comparable and better service than the Menards brand. He finished within the 2 hour window. We like our new system.
