The response time was unbelievable and the quality of service was impeccable. Pricing on parts/labor was about as expected, even with a full rebuild of all mechanical parts on the door being performed (minus the motor/drive system). Blake was on time and very professional. He explained all levels of repair so that we could understand the process. We took the upgrade and had the rollers and cables replaced along with adding a second spring. The upgrade also comes with a lifetime warranty on parts. Thank you!

Outstanding job Chance! He was able to arrive a little earlier than dispatch projected. Chance replaced our broken springs and discovered a plastic bearing that should never have been installed when the garage door was first installed years ago. He replaced that bearing and serviced the door rollers. Now, instead of hearing the garage door open across the house, we only hear it if we are in the garage itself. Wonderful job!
