David was kind, friendly, & very professional. We had a broken garage door spring, & he replaced both springs & the bearings. He gave me 3 different options, & the process was done so quickly! As I told him, I'm a recent widow, & my husband used to take care of these types of things. He made it all so easy. I also appreciated the email I received last night introducing me to my tech so I made sure I was letting the correct person into my home. I will always use Precision from now on. Thanks for such a great experience!

Kenny e technician was on time, very courteous and professional. One item I notice on receipt now is warranty is for 1 year instead of 3 year warranty we discussed. I would appreciate if receipt could be changed to 3 years and resent to me. Thanks
