Wife came in from work upset the garage door had "broken". I went on line and found Precision. Chatted with the representative about the problem. Was able to get a turn around appointment in less than 24 hours. The service man came out the next morning, found the problem and fixed it on the spot. My wife said the service tech was professional and explained the problem and cost. It was done in less than an hour.

Unfortunately David didn't have the materials to complete the work today but he worked with his manager to get the door as quick as possible. I called Precision in the morning and was told a service technician could come to my home in the afternoon. Josh Wright called to let me know he was on the way. He arrived promptly within 10 minutes. Josh was friendly and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and explained the repair that needed to be performed with the cost. He Was professional and did an outstanding job. Precision will be who I will call for any future garage door issues. The garage door works perfectly and now operates quietly for the first time.

SPOT ON SERVICE!!! Answered our call for a broken opener late in the evening. The next day, Kayne came out to install a new opener. He was extremely polite and provided the BEST customer service I have seen in a long time from any company. I would certainly do business again with Precision. Kayne installed the opener, serviced our door and cleaned up very well. He was very polite and knowledgable. He made sure all of our questions were answered. Kayne did a GREAT job!

I called at 4:30pm and the John the technician was here by 8:30am the next day as I explained to the dispatcher both cars were in the garage and the door was jammed. John was very friendly and knowledgeable and showed/explained the problem in detail with a prepared estimate. Great service!

Our garage door went off it's track and the guide rails became bent. We called Precision first thing the next morning and they were at our house within an hour. They repaired everything and replaced some parts. The technician was courteous, honest and efficient. What more can you ask for. I'd call them again if any other problems occur.
