My technician Dave arrived on time and was able to explain my options after looking at my garage door. He was thorough and made sure I understood all my options. My repair was completed immediately and my issue taken care of within 2.5 hours of me making my initial phone call to Precision. I highly recommend!

David C was on time in his time window. He was polite and asked questions about the issue that had been ongoing. He assessed the problem and in no time found faulty wiring. We had questioned when the house was built the company they used- we didn’t think it was originally installed correctly, but he found the problem, fixed it on the spot, and was not that expensive. Today your service technician came out to readjust my garage door to take care of a gap between the door & the door opening which took care of the issue of a gap that I felt was extra large, the reason I have not given a 5 star rating is due to the vinal/rubber strip on the outside of the door doesn't fit tightly against the door leaving a slight gap that still allows some light to be shown when the door is closed. Overall I are very satisfied with my Door that was installed in 2019 since I had a similar Overhead door installed in a home I had built in New Mexico in 2006

David was kind, friendly, & very professional. We had a broken garage door spring, & he replaced both springs & the bearings. He gave me 3 different options, & the process was done so quickly! As I told him, I'm a recent widow, & my husband used to take care of these types of things. He made it all so easy. I had problem with my garage door for some time, as it had become too noisy to the point that it was embarrassing. I contact a garage door service company on line who just checked it briefly and sprayed the frame of the door etc. That did not really work and I still had problem. I am so glad that I called your company and lucky to get En Womack. He came over on January 21st, 2020, was very detailed oriented, knowledgeable, polite and caring and knew what he was doing. He fixed my problem and I haven't had noisy garage door since. Thank you En.
