Called Precision Friday afternoon. Not an emergency. They told me they'd have some out tomorrow, Saturday morning (no extra charge for weekends)between 8 and 10. Tech John called 7:40, said he was on his way. He was there at 8. Took him less than an hour to replace the broken spring, re-string the cables, inspect the bearings, etc. He explained everything he was doing. Very friendly, courteous guy. Great job.

Good reviews led me to call them. Door was sticking to extent it’s would trip the over load. David stopped by to do a tune up. He was courteous, knowledgeable and really represented the company excellently. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it as part of the tune up service. My experience today was Excellent!! John called ahead and he arrived right on time. He was very respectful and listened to my explanation of the problems. John evaluated the door and opener and gave me his recommendations!! He was very knowledgable and gave me options and prices. John was very efficient with the installation and demonstrated the functions of my new opener. I am a very satisfied customer!

Had a complete R&R of the garage door and opener installed. Observed the entire process. My assigned technician (Kevin) was courteous, organized and to watch him was "poetry in motion". Kevin is a superior technician. I was impressed as he cleaned up after each procedure he performed. Small old parts went into a bucket. Spent time with me explaining everything how every thing worked. Keven programed the openers and outside key pad. Also went over the warrantees of the installed items.Couldn't have asked for a better Professional Technician. If I needed additional work in the future I would ask for Kevin by name!

I give 5 stars only because of the service Dave Crowe provided me with. He was polite, kept his distance from me, and solved the problem I was having. Though I do have one complaint - since I am not the most knowledgeable about garage door/services I didn’t know what was going on with mine. It was a simple solution and I do think $65 for something that took 15 seconds to fix was a little ridiculous. I was recommended to you all, and I will be a lil hesitant to recommend and only to call you if for sure can’t figure out whats going on.

We had Josh Wright as our technician who came out today to work on our garage door. I called at 1:30PM and he was on site by 2:30ish. I had a working garage door by 4:30PM. We ended up getting our garage door converted over to a better dual spring system vs the original cheap system that was installed originally. Josh was super nice and very helpful. What I even appreciated even more is we made him aware our family is a high risk family for COVID-19. Josh wore gloves and made to sure to observe social distancing protocols. I would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone with any garage door needs. Thanks again for the great service!

I found Precision while searching for garage door service companies on google. After talking to service tech David, I decided to purchase a new door rather than just replace trim and weather strip. David was very patient and informative. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 was only due to the high price of the door. The process of receiving and installation of the door has not occurred yet so this review is only for the initial contact and discussion of the new door
