If I could give less than a one, I would. Precision came out 9/23/21 to fix my garage door and it is still not fixed as of 10/12/21. We have paid in full for this repair, too. Left messages for the owner and no returned call.

I would highly recommend Precision Door. I was informed from the time of scheduling until the technician arrived. They were very prompt and courteous. I hit the sensor and my door would not close each time. The technician checked the sensor, all safety points and lubed it. While he was here he showed me what to do if this occurred again as well as reset my code. He was very professional.

The communication between employees is great. David and Jeremy talked about this job before Jeremy came to install door. On 9/16 /21 David arrived to assess our problem. After picking his brain and getting first hand info as how to handle our problem we both agreed on a new garage door. David measured everything and gave us a price that we agreed to. He did a great job for us and his company. On 10/5/21 Jeremy was here to install the door. He installed it by himself and did a remarkable job. You could tell he had 22 years of experience. It made our day. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone.

I called precision due to ads l had seen on tv. I was not happy with my current company. I am so glad l called precision. Technician, David, was able to come ahead of schedule. He explained everything he was going to do before starting the job. He was kind, patient & very courteous. He finished in record time, went over everything again & asked if l had any ?’s. I have used Precision on several other occasions for the repair of our garage door opener. The technician usually calls and lets me know they are coming and upon arrival they take a close look at the unit and can usually take care of the problem. Today not so much, The technician did not call before he arrived and was just pure luck that I was home. I was showing him the problem and the first thing he asked was "How old is this thing?" I said 10 years or so and when he realized it was much older he went on into sales mode instead of repair mood. He went ahead and did the inspection on the door and when I came back out he had my sale options ready to discuss. I asked about repairing it, but he said it was beyond repair. If he hadn't told me that he was kinda new to this I would have just believed him and said ok lets replace it, but if he was not sure if it could be fixed then I put the brakes on the purchase and may contact another company for the repair. I'm not made I just want to make sure before I spend $700 to replace it instead of a $100 repair.

I had to have my Garage Door bottom seal replaced from the original door installation Precision Door Company had installed about 3 & 1/2 years ago.

Cam initially came out to service our commercial unit on a 10’ door. He recognized that he needed assistance from a Sr Tech and called David to come join him. They were both very professional. They were transparent in what they were doing, as well as challenges. They did their due diligence in trouble shooting, they kept me informed. The provided an up front pricing estimate. One item they could not remedy, I was later able to remedy going through the Overhead Door manual (which we didnt have at the time of repair). Bottom line. Honesty, professionalism and a timely service means 5 stars because of who these men were. I’d use them again and I recommend Precision Garage Doors.

The repairman came out spent 45 minutes and except for changing one piece that your installer put on backwards and lubricating everything did do anything. I'm still having the same problem Joe. Timperman

Mr. Wallace installed the new motor for the garage door and then demonstrated how to open and close it from the controller on my garage wall and from the remote control inside my vehicle.. He explained the warranty and gave me a receipt.. It was a very pleasant experience working with Precision Door to fix my garage door..

We needed new springs on our garage door. Precision installed a new motor for us almost a year ago and did a great job. David explained everything we could do in regards to the new springs and we truly appreciated his help. He did a great job in a very short time. I would never call anyone else.
