I called Friday evening and was able to get an appointment for Saturday afternoon. Justin called to let me know he was about 20 minutes away. When he arrived he was very professional and friendly. He assessed the situation and gave me several options, all of which were reasonable in cost. I opted for new doors which will be installed at a later date. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family. If all the technicians provide service as great as Justin then you can’t lose.

Both guys were great. They tried to find me a less expensive solution, but alas, not their fault. I just ordered a new garage door. IF there is anyway the new door could be put in in less than the month they said it would be, I would really appreciate it, as I cannot open my garage door until the new one is installed, and will have to park my car out side. Kevin was an excellent hard working installer. He worked by himself putting up two garage doors at our house. One single door and one double door. He made sure all parts of the systems were working correctly and called the next day not only to collect the balance due but to also check to make sure the doors and openers were working correctly. I highly recommend them.

Six years ago I had Precision install a new door, rails, and opener. Best decision! The products are great and the service has been wonderful. Always on-time, professional, and get it right the first time. Just had them do a 'tune-up'. Door runs smoothly and silent. The technicians were very professional and courteous. They did a great job explaining everything! We were told it was just the logic board at first and unfortunately replacing it did not fix the issue. Sadly, both of the sensors had to be replaced and of course the price went up!!! :( but it’s understandable. I imagine it could always be worse!! I appreciate the quick response time and service of the gentlemen! Thank you.
