Why I went with Precision, after contacting 3 - 4 service related companies (Overhead Door Repair Companies) I was struck with the professionalism demonstrated by Precision over the phone and the very professional website presentation online. The technician (David) was very knowable of his job, and product awareness, very quick to write up his recommendations with a "no pressure approach solution" to correcting the my garage issue. A 5 STAR RATING!!!!!!!!!

Our technician, Dave Crowe, was just awesome. Super friendly and personable not to mention highly knowledgeable. He was polite and was able to assess my garage door situation and provide several solutions with 100% honesty in how far he thought each solution would last. After we made the decision he got right to work and had it wrapped up within an hour and our garage door works better than it ever has and is even much quieter. Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed!

Kevin and David Reidinger installed our new garage door and control pad on 2-14-20. These guys were very professional and skilled. It didn't take long for them to get the old door down and install the new doors, hardware and control pad. They took the time to answer our questions. Found Precision a few yrs ago when we needed our small door repaired. Had such a great experience we called them first when the big door needed an overhaul. I love this company! Our tech, Josh W was friendly,, professional, prompt, gave us several options and best of all, no high pressure sales pitch! He was on time, very thorough, did a fantastic job! I had problem with my garage door for some time, as it had become too noisy to the point that it was embarrassing. I contact a garage door service company on line who just checked it briefly and sprayed the frame of the door etc. That did not really work and I still had problem. I am so glad that I called your company and lucky to get En Womack. He came over on January 21st, 2020, was very detailed oriented, knowledgeable, polite and caring and knew what he was doing. He fixed my problem and I haven't had noisy garage door since. Thank you En.

We had questioned when the house was built the company they used- we didn’t think it was originally installed correctly, but he found the problem, fixed it on the spot, and was not that expensive. Today your service technician came out to readjust my garage door to take care of a gap between the door & the door opening which took care of the issue of a gap that I felt was extra large, the reason I have not given a 5 star rating is due to the vinal/rubber strip on the outside of the door doesn't fit tightly against the door leaving a slight gap that still allows some light to be shown when the door is closed. Overall I are very satisfied with my Door that was installed in 2019 since I had a similar Overhead door installed in a home I had built in New Mexico in 2006
