When our garage door opener started having issues, we contacted Precision Door Service. They were so easy to work with from the beginning...scheduling, technician's (Travis) responsiveness, his knowledge and helpfulness. They even came out on a Sunday! I would recommend this company because I was very happy with everything...so glad my garage door is functioning properly so I can sleep again!

Friday morning I discovered the that my garage door didn’t open. When diagnosing the problem I found that one of the lift springs was broken. One call and I was scheduled. Travis was knowledgeable and on time. I recommend this company and will call again if I need their service. Thank you!

Technician arrived on time. He wore a mask and gloves, which I appreciate it. He explained what needed to be repaired, completed the repair in 20 minutes. Also, he was personable and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

These guys were great! Josh first came to the house to help us determine what we had to do-fix or replace. He worked very hard to get us a door as quickly as he could so that we didn't have to be without for very long. Kevin and another technician installed my door today and they did a great job. It was hot and muggy but they got it done quickly and it looks great. Thank you all for helping out so quickly and doing a great job!

She spent the necessary time with me to choose the best style to fit my budget. Summer had good knowledge of the product and I truly appreciate her friendliness and patience. Called on Tuesday, got an appointment the next day. Travis was my tech, great guy. Gave me 3 options for fixing the opener. Decided to to have both units replaced as they were over 20 years old. Called this morning about a problem and service tech, Travis, was here by noon. Diagnosed the problem after we discussed what was happening, and he evaluated the door. Repair was done, and annual maintenance was completed within 45 minutes or so. The service visit was done safely, courteously and efficiently. As has been my experience with Precision in the past, it is the best in the area.

When I mentioned to my daughter - who just moved out of Glenmary East - that our garage door broke - she told me that you had serviced theirs and was a reasonable price. It was a Sunday that we needed service - and my call was actually answered by a human being and was told a window of 12-2 that someone would be there and it was already @ 10:30 am - the technician was there right about 12 - and finished within 1.5 hours. We were very appreciative that it could and was fixed on Sunday.
