I was greatly impressed with the installation by Rick. He is very professional. The opener is amazing. It has some great features like the delay at closing and opening, plus so quiet. I will recommend "Precision" to anyone that asks me about my opener and service. My brother happened to drop by and was very impressed and got information from Rick on how to call and request him to look at his door. Also what impressed me was that you give Military discount. Precision will definitely be our go to company for garage door repair. Travis N. was awesome! He did what seemed like a full overhaul on our door and even helped set up the opener in my car after many failed attempts by myself. The repair was a few weeks ago & i've been spreading the word ever since.

Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. However $85 to show how to program multiple devices was Unreasonable. Why isn’t this information available on your u tube videos or phone support offered? I will be looking for another company to service In the future.

I had used Precision before with good results so I didn't hesitate calling them again. There sent someone out right away to repair my door. The repair person was very friendly and courteous. He took the time to explain what he was doing. If I ever have problems again I will call Precision and ask for same teck. He did a great job.

Due to a component failure the garage door failed to close. Precision technician, Zack after inspection, suggested that a new door install would be a better value than an attempt to repair using the existing door. I agreed and after being presented with options chose a door that matches the old door in appearance and color. Zack was very helpful and polite during our interaction.

Travis fixed our garage door operation with repair of one wire. The wire had been broken by a raccoon which accidentically got locked inside when I closed the door without knowing the raccoon had come inside when the garage was left open at sunset. We still need some new parts to be replaced tomorrow.

On 08 Sep 2020, a Triple Touch Bottom Seal was installed, and the serviceman did not consult with the owner about it not fitting the garage door precisely. The second visit by the same serviceman had no results, said that was the only Bottom Seal that Precision had, that my door thickness was too thin and that was all he could do. HELP! Unhappy customer...

We have been customers of Precision Overhead Garage Door for over ten years, and have always been impressed with their timely, professional and customer friendly approach to business. Yesterday morning, our spring and cable assembly, having outlived its five year life expectancy by another eleven years, died. I called Precision, and their service tech was onsite in the afternoon. He gave us several different ways to approach repair or replacement, and discussed each option with us in detail. Once the decision was made, he went to work. The job was done, and cleanup finished, within a little over an hour. Very pleased - cannot recommend highly enough. We purchased springs, cables, shaft, mounting plates etc.

Fantastic service. I called on Sunday afternoon and had an appointment for first thing Monday morning. The tech that came out was named Dave and he was fantastic. He was so nice and got our problem solved quickly. This is the 2nd or 3rd time we've had to call Precision for a service call and they never been anything but fantastic. I highly recommend them.
