Travis showed up on time after his courtesy call saying he was coming. He thoroughly explained his plan to replace the springs and the price. He worked efficiently the whole time. He finished when he said he would and then tested "everything". We now have a very quiet garage door.

We broke a spring and could not use our garage door. We called the company that installed our garage door and they could not come out for almost a week. We called Precision and they could come out the next day. Cam came out and replaced the springs and it works better than it ever has.

The technician did a great job. Only complaint I have is I had to purchase a new remote in order to sync with the new control. The cost was $90 and the price at lowes is $40. I asked the technician why I couldn’t purchase one from you since he was here for $40. He said he doesn’t set prices. Since he was here I had him install the new remote. The technician said he didn’t know how to wire the old remote to my other garage door. I fell I should get a credit for $50. I know that won’t happen but at least I relayed my comments.
