Shawn Hull was my Technician who came out to inspect and fix my garage door. He was awesome! A personable young man. He went over everything with me as he was inspecting and tried to fix the existing garage door opener; but it needed replacing (after 25 years). He had a quote ready quickly thereafter and was knowledgeable about the product when I asked questions. He ended up having to stay much longer than anticipated and in this heat that could not have been easy. Through it all, he was professional. When I get the other one replaced I am going to request him! Thanks, Shawn.

I found Precision online and loved the ease of website and prompt response from their team on the phone. Scheduled an appointment same day and service technician actually called early to see we could meet. I needed repairs on my garage door. I had seen Precision Garage Door’s commercial several times so I gave them a call and I’m glad I did. They scheduled service for the next day. The technician showed up within the arrival window and called in advance to notify me he was on the way. Tech quickly diagnosed the problem and provided repair options and estimates. Tech actually had all parts on hand to replace the motor and associated equipment during the visit. He gave me a good overview of the installation and performed an operational test. He was also very professional and friendly. An overall great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

This was the 2nd time we had to use your service. My mother had recently passed and the door broke leaving my car stuck inside. Jason was amazing, when he called we were on the freeway coming home, and when we arrived in 20 mins the door was repaired and he saved us a boatload of money. Thank you thank you thank you.
