Precision installed the original garage door opener and I remember everyone as having been so very nice, so when it needed service, it was logical to call them. Once again, everyone was courteous and efficient. The problem was solved quickly. All is well again and I'll definitely call Precision if there is ever another problem.

When I received no call back from previous garage company I called Precision from ad in phone book and was able to arrange a service call same day even though it was a Saturday. Service men called before coming giving me time of their arrival, Even though I had a major repair gentlemen were knowledgeable and made repairs to my satisfaction explaining needed repairs and cost of same.
