I’ve used you all twice for repairs on my garage door;; but this time, the technician told me the motor on the door needed to be replaced! He was honest and I appreciate that! He told me that it would cost 700 + dollars to replace said motor for garage opener!

Precision did the install many years ago. After several years had a small problem with closing the door. Precision scheduled a quick appt. Guy shows up on time, quickly fixed the problem. Very courteous and helpful.

I was looking for a budget-friendly garage door to replace the 50 year old door on my detatched garage. I got bids from three different companies.Their sales associate showed up on time. He was friendly, knowlegable, and professional. Their quote was significanly lower than the two other companies that gave me quotes. Within a few days they called me back to schedule the work. The installer showed up on time and did a great job. The installers used by Precision are employees (not contracted out third parties). I couldn't be happier with the entire experience and would recommend them.

I contacted you all a few weeks ago and wanted to replace our current door. I advised the estimator of this as well and asked for pricing to also include a window pane as we did not currently have that on our door. The estimate was promptly sent. After reviewing the multiple estimates I had questions and responded to the email asking for a call back. That email was returned as undeliverable (not sure why replying to the email didnt work). I called back and spoke to someone at an 800 number that said Sales was busy but they would take my information and have someone call me. I waited 5 days for a call back - was spoken to rudely by the estimator Cam who advised me if I was concerned about how busy they were then to just go with someone else. That's what I'll do. Clearly buying a $4300 door is pittance to your company

We have seen your commercials on television and you came across as a very professional company. We came home from church to find our garage door spring broken and needed to get our car out early the next day. We called at approximately 2:30pm on Easter Sunday and our door was fixed by 3:45pm. Charged me but left with job incomplete. Company makes sure it is impossible to contact the tech directly. They charge $75 for a service call, but don't deduct that amount from services performed. The tech was literally at my house for 30 minutes if that. Sold me 2 tensioning cables. I was told today that they did a $150 maintenance package in 10 minutes, installed the 2 cables that were over $100, in addition to the $75 fee that I guess you pay just for the privilege of hiring them. I had to fix the door alignment after they left. I think they used my ladder. This was a ripoff at the most basic level for money versus services rendered. Would not recommend or ever use again.

I called Precision to repair a garage door after another large local company charged me for an unneeded service and failed to correct the problem. Derek was able to come out in a few hours and did an exceptional job identifying the problem, making a recommendation and completing the work; including installing new springs. Derek first gave me an estimate, explained everything he thought was needed and Precision worked with me to get to a price I could afford. Precision is now my go-to for any future work I may need on garage doors.

I choose Precision Door for several reasons: They work weekends with no extra charge. They have a very positive reputation from the people I had talked to The representative seemed knowledgeable, he arrived on time and had the parts to fix the problem. The appointment was set very soon after initial contact. Your company was the result of a Google search. The broken springs were diagnoses immediately. The amount was given immediately. The technician was professional and confident. He was done in a rapid amount of time. He replaced the springs and made the needed adjustments with out any difficulty. Thank you for your service
