Way too expensive for the job. But did not want to pay 115 dollars just for him to tell me i had a broken spring that I already knew. I will not get trapped the next time. And it won't be with Precision. Technician was fine.

What a relief that Precision was able to fix my garage door on a Sunday. Cam, the technician that came out, was just wonderful. He explained the issue that I had very clearly. I usedPrecision once before and was pleased with their prompt and courteous service. I was having an intermittent problem with my garage door, not closing, and I called them first thing. The service tech called me telling me when he would be at my home and then about 15 minutes later, he called me again telling me that traffic was pretty heavy and he may be just a little bit later. The technicians name was cam and he was a ray of sunshine. He could not find anything wrong with my door, the openers, the rollers or the entire motor device. He went over it several times, and explained to me what my options were. Rather than just haphazardly replacing thousands of dollars of equipment he told me that my one time service fee would be good for 90 days. He said to call them back immediately if it happens again, and they will gladly come back out. I appreciated his honesty and his thoroughness in checking all the parts of the garage and the garage door openers. I thanked Cam for his honesty and gladly took his advice. Joyce Wilson

I think 413.00 dollars to hang a garage door opener in under 2 hours was injustice. And would not replace the wiring unless I gave him a additional $80.00. I know alot of people and will highly discourage them from using Precision

He tried to fix things, but I had to have a new garage door opener. He also replaced the rollers, greased the chain. He programmed my car to the opener, and we had him add an outdoor keypad. Nice. We shouldn’t have to worry about the door for years.

Tech was ok…pricing is out of site…tech tried to convince us that everyone is about the same.. but as he was completing the work, we found out the job was over $200 overpriced… thank you very much for the adj… not sure we can ever trust your pricing again.
