Technicians showed up as promised. Even called to say they would be a little late. Came in and asked what the problem was and then inspected everything. They charge a $100+ nonrefundable fee just to come out. And it does not get applied to the cost if you agree to the work.I was quoted a low price on the phone then when the tech got here the price suddenly jumped by $300 for the same work. Bait and switch? They make it tough to decline the price by charging a high price just to come out. I will never use them again nor will I use any other repair company that charges a fee to come out. Feels like another scam.

The 2 technicians that came out were Outstanding! They were both friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you! My only complaint is that Precision chose to replace my Liftmaster garage opener (had it for 21 years) with a Linear 2 years ago, which appears to be of lower quality, because I had to have Precision on come out for the Linear unit/circuit board. I wasn’t aware of the difference in quality of the garage door openers until Now. Please don’t choose Linear anymore.

I had Precision replace the garage door about 4 years ago. The motor was not replaced at that time. Dakota came out, trouble shooting the motor and determined it had to be replaced. He replaced it, sold me additional remotes and even programmed my car. Dakota was 1 safety minded, 2 professional, 3 personable and 4 knowledgeable. I would use Precision again and absolutely would appreciate Dakota receiving the run to my home.
