After checking the internet for Garage Door Repair companies and reading their reviews, I selected Precision Garage Door Co. to check out my non-operating remotes to my Oplener. The company responded to my call on a Sunday and even offered to come that day but I had them make an appointment for Monday. The service Technician was David and he was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with him overall and feel that he is an asset to the company and to the customers that he services. If I were still in business he is the kind of employee that I would want representing my company. If I need service in the future I will not hesitate to call this company again and would recommend them to anyone needing garage door work done. This company appears to be very well run and managed.

Precision came out the day after we called, so we had virtually no wait. The technician called to alert us to this arrival time, was prompt and courteous. He wore a mask. the service tech came to our door 15 minutes prior to beginning of time window. He was very professional, ask me to remove the vehicles from garage, told me the charge for the service and equipment. He programed the new opener-remote . Made sure both doors were programed into opener . Presented me with invoice, gave him payment, he sent via email my paid invoice . Called on Tuesday, got an appointment the next day. Travis was my tech, great guy. Gave me 3 options for fixing the opener. Decided to to have both units replaced as they were over 20 years old. Unbelievably quiet now. Travis was all done in a couple of hours, and gave me a great tutorial on my new openers. Could not be happier with service provided and installation. Thanks.

My garage door broke on a Saturday morning. Precision was there by Saturday afternoon to fix it. My service tech (En) was very professional, polite, and respectful. He inspected the door and the opener, provided me with a list of the issues and the repair cost. He worked very efficiently and had the door fixed in no time. I would definitely call Precision again if need be and recommend them to family, friends, and neighbors.

Wife came in from work upset the garage door had "broken". I went on line and found Precision. Chatted with the representative about the problem. Was able to get a turn around appointment in less than 24 hours. The service man came out the next morning, found the problem and fixed it on the spot. We had a referral from another neighbor in our subdivision. Levi came on time was very nice and polite. He checked out our situation and seemed very knowledgeable. He ended up replacing the springs, a bracket and lubricated the wheels. Now our garage door is working better and is much quieter. We would use Precision again in the future.

We called yesterday and had service today. David was prompt, courteous and thorough. We knew that we would possibly have to get a new motor which we did and he gave us several options with no pressure on which one we should buy. He knew exactly what to do and how to do it. At this writing, we are very pleased with the service and quality of the product we received. There is a 90 Day Warranty which covers Service fee if return is needed. There is a 1 year battery and electronics warranty There is a Lifetime Warranty on the Belt & Motor (through the Manufacturer)
