Shawn Hull was my Technician who came out to inspect and fix my garage door. He was awesome! A personable young man. He went over everything with me as he was inspecting and tried to fix the existing garage door opener; but it needed replacing (after 25 years). He had a quote ready quickly thereafter and was knowledgeable about the product when I asked questions. He ended up having to stay much longer than anticipated and in this heat that could not have been easy. Through it all, he was professional. Happy with the door but your prices keep going up and nothing has changed about the product. 499 for 3 remotes? I mean I can buy one and go buy two more programmable at Lowe’s for 30 dollars each. I build 5-12 houses a year and when I first started doing business with Precison my basic model door stated at 1200 then went to 1400 to now 1879 for the same size door and house plan. Can’t blame Covid on price gouging your clients. I’m switching company’s.

As per our discussion, the $499 charge includes a belt drive opener, 2 remotes and a keypad with a lifetime motor and belt warranty. In regards to your comment on door pricing, our cost has increased six times this year alone from the manufacture as a direct result of COVID's impact on the overall workforce. We believe our prices are fair and continue to hold regular cost analysis meetings.

I would highly recommend Precision Door. I was informed from the time of scheduling until the technician arrived. They were very prompt and courteous. I hit the sensor and my door would not close each time. The technician checked the sensor, all safety points and lubed it. While he was here he showed me what to do if this occurred again as well as reset my code. He was very professional.

Cam initially came out to service our commercial unit on a 10’ door. He recognized that he needed assistance from a Sr Tech and called David to come join him. They were both very professional. They were transparent in what they were doing, as well as challenges. They did their due diligence in trouble shooting, they kept me informed. The provided an up front pricing estimate. One item they could not remedy, I was later able to remedy going through the Overhead Door manual (which we didnt have at the time of repair). Bottom line. Honesty, professionalism and a timely service means 5 stars because of who these men were. I’d use them again and I recommend Precision Garage Doors.

the service man was very nice . Seemed surprised when I asked if he had a mask . I offered him one and he wore it the entire time. He really could not find anything wrong with the door, checked everything over , gave me a few things to look for , told me I needed to give him $65 , wrote out the ticket and that was all. I hope this doesn't happen again since he said everything was fine.

We called yesterday and had service today. David was prompt, courteous and thorough. We knew that we would possibly have to get a new motor which we did and he gave us several options with no pressure on which one we should buy. He knew exactly what to do and how to do it. At this writing, we are very pleased with the service and quality of the product we received. There is a 90 Day Warranty which covers Service fee if return is needed. There is a 1 year battery and electronics warranty There is a Lifetime Warranty on the Belt & Motor (through the Manufacturer)

After checking the internet for Garage Door Repair companies and reading their reviews, I selected Precision Garage Door Co. to check out my non-operating remotes to my Oplener. The company responded to my call on a Sunday and even offered to come that day but I had them make an appointment for Monday. The service Technician was David and he was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with him overall and feel that he is an asset to the company and to the customers that he services. If I were still in business he is the kind of employee that I would want representing my company.
