Wife came in from work upset the garage door had "broken". I went on line and found Precision. Chatted with the representative about the problem. Was able to get a turn around appointment in less than 24 hours. The service man came out the next morning, found the problem and fixed it on the spot. My wife said the service tech was professional and explained the problem and cost. It was done in less than an hour.

We had a referral from another neighbor in our subdivision. Levi came on time was very nice and polite. He checked out our situation and seemed very knowledgeable. He ended up replacing the springs, a bracket and lubricated the wheels. Now our garage door is working better and is much quieter. We would use Precision again in the future.

Replaced roller springs went ahead and did a up grade on springs and replace the rollers. spent a little more than expected but the warranty made up for the extra cost along with the military discount. On time and quality work

I had the unfortunate need for a major garage door repair recently. But, fortunately....I chose Precision to do the work for me. They came out on the same day that I called and even sent a confirmation email letting me know the time and my techs name. My technician, Brett, was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and the nicest fellow. He did the work quickly and professionally all the while making me feel very comfortable with the repairs and the cost involved. Very pleased with Tommy's professionalism as well as the appointment scheduling process. Our problem was not only a broken spring but an issue with our opener that we had put off repairing. Tommy presented different options on how to proceed, assisting us with the pros and cons of each one. Hopefully we won't have another garage door issue for a while, but when we do, I won't hesitate to call Precision again.

Found Precision a few yrs ago when we needed our small door repaired. Had such a great experience we called them first when the big door needed an overhaul. I love this company!
