Called on Tuesday, got an appointment the next day. Travis was my tech, great guy. Gave me 3 options for fixing the opener. Decided to to have both units replaced as they were over 20 years old. We had a referral from another neighbor in our subdivision. Levi came on time was very nice and polite. He checked out our situation and seemed very knowledgeable. He ended up replacing the springs, a bracket and lubricated the wheels. Now our garage door is working better and is much quieter. We would use Precision again in the future.

Replaced roller springs went ahead and did a up grade on springs and replace the rollers. spent a little more than expected but the warranty made up for the extra cost along with the military discount. On time and quality work
