First time I have used this company. received immediate care to solve my problem. Technician -Dakota - was both knowledgeable and efficient. Explained what needed to be done, how he was going to do it, and when completed went over every detail. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone with a garage door problem.

The service was excellent and the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. My only issue was the cost. I am retired living on a fixed income and unexpected financial setbacks like this are hard to absorb. It would be nice if there was a seniors discount. I have used this company in the past and have always been satisfied with the service.

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door. I called on a Tuesday afternoon and a tech came out on Wednesday morning. Our tech Jason W. was prompt, professional and efficient. He did not try to oversell and was a pleasure to work with. He walked me through the problems with our garage door opener and what he was going to do to fix them, including the cost. Overall, working with Jason and Precision was a great experience!

My experience with Precision Garage Door has been exceptional. My two car wide garage door stopped opening fully with remote. Opening only about 12 inches. Your technician, Kyle, listened to my concerns and was able to diagnose the problem right away. It was due to broken spring. He gave me the choice of replacing just the one broken spring or both. I chose both to be replaced. Even after the new springs were replaced, the door was still binding a little bit with top panel. This binding top panel was one of the things I mentioned to Kyle earlier so he came up with the solution of adding a reinforcement strut at the bottom of the top panel by the hinges and that did the trick. Now it works better than it has for the past 9 years. Thanks a bunch

Tension spring finally broke after 10 years. Within 24 hours Precision came out and replaced it and some bearings. Kyle was awesome. Super friendly guy and got our garage door working like new.

Kyle was awesome. Called before he came, came on time, nice, respectful, even kind to our dog! Needed keypad programmed into older opener, and programmed an app, with opener abilities, which I forgot to remind him about till he was done. He checked our springs, etc. Did a safety check. Excellent customer service. I told him I would rate him 6 stars, but can only rate 5! He is great! Thx! No opener installed, but this review made me select a service.

Had a spring break on Sunday 11/10/24. Called Monday 11/11/24 at 8:30 AM, they were here and gone by 10:45AM. That is what I call service. Kudos to Jason Wallace the Service Tech, he was very professional and explained everything. Would give more than 5 Stars if I could.

My door was not closing properly because I backed into it accidently. I called Precision on a Saturday and they showed up the same day - well within their announced arrival time, and Eric the service tech explained exactly what needed to be done, gave me a quote, and fixed the door. Very grateful because we are about to get near zero temperatures. Thank you Eric and thank you Precision for answering the call and showing up!
