The cable had broke on my garage door and the cable rollers were old and worn out. Not only did the techician (Zach) fix the issue, he went above and beyond to put new life in a very old, wood garage door. Extremely happy and eventually will replace garage door in the future from Precision. Everyone who I encountered from Precision (representative who I first talked to on phone, techician who fixed the garage door) are more than a 5 star rating. Thanks!

FIVE STARS! My HIGHEST recommendation goes to Precision and their professional service technician Brent! He contacted me early, arrived and gave me a range of options for my door. I could replace the spring and it would be fine, or I could choose to upgrade a few pieces of the system for a reasonable price with a warranty. I now have a door that works great with a warranty for a terrific price! Understand sales, it's refreshing to have an honest person explain your options without any pressure.

Broken spring! Two vehicles trapped inside due to heavy commercial door. What's one to do? Ah, Google search! Tada, Precision to the rescue! !! My technician Zack Hornback was amazing. great service, they were prompt, explained what was wrong, fixed the door so it worked even better than before. They were able to bump us up in the schedule which was very helpful. My 91 year old Dad lives with us and the ramp to get in the house is in the garage, so it was VERY helpful to get the door fixed same day. I would recommend them!

The technician (Brett Schultheis) that serviced our garage door was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and explained, in detail, exactly what was wrong with my garage door and what need to be done to repair it. After completion of the repair, he explained, again in detail, what he had done and together we tested the door. It now works better that when I first moved her. Brett is a true professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone with garage door problems.
