When I opened my garage door, it made a terrible noise and opened about six inches off ground on right side and about two inches on left. Power stayed on but door would not open or close. Also blew a part off the top of the door. I called the Precision Middletown, Ky phone number and explained the problem. The girl I talked with arranged a late day appointment but promised to let technician know to come earlier if possible. I was called a little later and advised by technician he was on his way. My technician was Jason Wallace, I couldn't have asked for a better and more knowledgeable technician. He was polite and very good at explaining what had happened and presented two options to fix the door. He presented two estimates and explained the warranty on each. He was very thorough and a very good worker. He never stopped until the door was fixed. You couldn't ask for a better technician and/or representative than Jason. I also want to give recognize the girl who made my appointment. She did exactly what she said she would do. My thanks to you and your company.

Cam was extremely professional and gave us a quick & thorough maintenance session and noticed that our safety light was out of position. There was no attempt to manufacture a problem that would have cost us a lot of money. We are thankful and would not hesitate to use Precision and Cam again. In early 2020 Precision installed a new garage door motor, keypad, and replaced both springs on our garage door and I paid $699. For our second garage door they came out on 5/12 and only replaced our garage door motor. No replacing of springs, no installation of outdoor keypad (we didn't need it) and did not have a light bulb for the unit and we paid $809. Basically we paid $110 more, didn't get fresh new springs, and had to provide our own light bulb. Paid more, got less. Not happy.

This is the 2nd time I’ve needed Precision for immediate response. They didn’t let me down. The spring broke & the door wouldn’t lift. Appointment time was 2-6 & the gentleman showed up at 1…after calling to let me know he was on the way. My options were new springs or a rebuild with new springs, cable & rollers. I chose the rebuild & am very satisfied. It was a bit more but all parts are guaranteed for 5 years. Work was done quickly & I am very satisfied.

I called on Saturday and Shawn called Sun morning and was here on time I could not believe they work on Sunday but I was happy to get my door fixed quickly. I had 2 broken springs. Shawn gave estimate and explained warranty. He is the most polite and efficient technician i have ever had. He fixed quickly and showed me where and how for me to grease necessary parts I think I could not find a better technician.

I was told over the phone that the price of the springs include the labor to install. When the person arrived to install them he said that was not true and charged me an extra $65 of labor in addition to the service call fee

Great service, technician was professional. I am just blown away by the cost. Two springs, two bearings, and 40 minutes for the repair, 898$. That is insane, I am in the Military and don’t make a ton of money, so that hurt a lot. But I had to get it repaired. I feel like it’s a bit of a gouge. I would recommend your service to people but warn them of the very high prices. Respectfully. pc
