We broke a spring and could not use our garage door. We called the company that installed our garage door and they could not come out for almost a week. We called Precision and they could come out the next day. Cam came out and replaced the springs and it works better than it ever has.

I needed help! Living in NC and leasing my condo w/garage in Louisviile, I had to clean out the garage but couldn’t find the garage door opener! It was Thursday. I was driving to Louisviile Friday. I found Precision via Google. Precision booked me for service to replace my garage door opener and scheduled it based on my anticipated arrival time-4:00 pm. So Friday I’m in Virginia heading West & I got a call from the technician, Thomas. He was checking on my progress. Confirmed my time and was waiting for me at my condo when I arrived. After opening the garage, Thomas programmed a new automatic door opener, inspected the door, recommended a maintenance service and provided a quote. I was very impressed with his sincere concern me, just getting off an 8 hr road trip, with my garage door needs, and with the need for a service. I hadn’t even considered the need for maintenance! Thorough, timely, flexible, professional, considerate service. Thanks Thomas, and thank you PRECISION! I am proud to recommend your services! I am very satisfied.

Happy with the door but your prices keep going up and nothing has changed about the product. 499 for 3 remotes? I mean I can buy one and go buy two more programmable at Lowe’s for 30 dollars each. I build 5-12 houses a year and when I first started doing business with Precison my basic model door stated at 1200 then went to 1400 to now 1879 for the same size door and house plan. Can’t blame Covid on price gouging your clients. I’m switching company’s.

As per our discussion, the $499 charge includes a belt drive opener, 2 remotes and a keypad with a lifetime motor and belt warranty. In regards to your comment on door pricing, our cost has increased six times this year alone from the manufacture as a direct result of COVID's impact on the overall workforce. We believe our prices are fair and continue to hold regular cost analysis meetings.

If I could give less than a one, I would. Precision came out 9/23/21 to fix my garage door and it is still not fixed as of 10/12/21. We have paid in full for this repair, too. Left messages for the owner and no returned call.
