The technician did a great job. Only complaint I have is I had to purchase a new remote in order to sync with the new control. The cost was $90 and the price at lowes is $40. I asked the technician why I couldn’t purchase one from you since he was here for $40. He said he doesn’t set prices. Since he was here I had him install the new remote. The technician said he didn’t know how to wire the old remote to my other garage door. I fell I should get a credit for $50. I know that won’t happen but at least I relayed my comments.

Travis showed up on time after his courtesy call saying he was coming. He thoroughly explained his plan to replace the springs and the price. He worked efficiently the whole time. He finished when he said he would and then tested "everything". We now have a very quiet garage door.

The technician who came to my house (I think he said his name was Cam (maybe short for Cameron?)) was friendly, knowledgeable, did the work quickly without trying to sell me on more services than I asked for or needed (just a little preventative maintenance), and he answered all my questions. We broke a spring and could not use our garage door. We called the company that installed our garage door and they could not come out for almost a week. We called Precision and they could come out the next day. Cam came out and replaced the springs and it works better than it ever has.

I needed help! Living in NC and leasing my condo w/garage in Louisviile, I had to clean out the garage but couldn’t find the garage door opener! It was Thursday. I was driving to Louisviile Friday. I found Precision via Google. Precision booked me for service to replace my garage door opener and scheduled it based on my anticipated arrival time-4:00 pm. So Friday I’m in Virginia heading West & I got a call from the technician, Thomas. He was checking on my progress. Confirmed my time and was waiting for me at my condo when I arrived. After opening the garage, Thomas programmed a new automatic door opener, inspected the door, recommended a maintenance service and provided a quote. I was very impressed with his sincere concern me, just getting off an 8 hr road trip, with my garage door needs, and with the need for a service. I hadn’t even considered the need for maintenance! Thorough, timely, flexible, professional, considerate service. Thanks Thomas, and thank you PRECISION! I am proud to recommend your services! I am very satisfied.
