He replaced two springs on the door after explaining what was needed and giving an estimate. Kyle was very professional and a very nice young man. We were very at ease with him working in our home. The spring on my garage door broke the Saturday after Thanksgiving. I called around 9:00 a.m. and was scheduled for a service call early that afternoon. Kyle, the technician, called and said he was running early and was available if I was. He was professional and friendly and explained my options for the repair. This was my first time using PGD, and I would recommend them.

My experience with Precision Garage Door has been exceptional. My two car wide garage door stopped opening fully with remote. Opening only about 12 inches. Your technician, Kyle, listened to my concerns and was able to diagnose the problem right away. It was due to broken spring. He gave me the choice of replacing just the one broken spring or both. I chose both to be replaced. Even after the new springs were replaced, the door was still binding a little bit with top panel. This binding top panel was one of the things I mentioned to Kyle earlier so he came up with the solution of adding a reinforcement strut at the bottom of the top panel by the hinges and that did the trick. Now it works better than it has for the past 9 years. Thanks a bunch

Tension spring finally broke after 10 years. Within 24 hours Precision came out and replaced it and some bearings. Kyle was awesome. Super friendly guy and got our garage door working like new.

Kyle was awesome. Called before he came, came on time, nice, respectful, even kind to our dog! Needed keypad programmed into older opener, and programmed an app, with opener abilities, which I forgot to remind him about till he was done. He checked our springs, etc. Did a safety check. Excellent customer service. I told him I would rate him 6 stars, but can only rate 5! He is great! Thx! No opener installed, but this review made me select a service.

One of the springs broke on my garage door making it unusable. Called and a technician was scheduled for that morning. The technician called to say he was in route and arrived ahead of schedule. Assessed the problem and performed 25-point inspection. Detailed what he found and presented total cost to repair with line item on each part including labor. In addition, he identified two problems with the cables and door sensors which I had requested to take of any potential problems. My technician was polite and professional. Performed work in a timely manner

We had our chain and a gear break on our garage the other night. I immediately called for weekend service. Kyle called Saturday morning to let me know his ETA. When he arrived he was amazing. He accessed the job and recommended what needed to be done and why. He checked in constantly to let us know his time frame and what he was working on. Precision installed our garage doors almost 20 years ago and this is the first repair we've had to call in for a repair! Kyle came out and fixed a broken spring, he explained how the door works and gave me great information on how to maintain them moving forward. He even helped me with quotes on some updates I asked about and I will absolutely be requesting him when we schedule to have those done!
