Kyle came out and fixed my garage door quickly and at a very fair price. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done to get my door working. It was a rainy when my door got off track and stopped working so I didn't really want it stuck open for too long and letting rain in. I scheduled the appointment at 10:40 AM and he was at my house a little after noon that same day. Issue was fixed and my garage door was working again in less than an hour. Not to mention this was on a Saturday with no weekend upcharge. Thanks Kyle!

I checked the BBB rating and felt comfortable contacting Precision. My appointment was scheduled promptly and at a time that would fit my schedule. The office staff were friendly and helpful and explained how the charges would be implemented. The technician called to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He was friendly and courteous. He knew how to fix my door and explained the charges before proceeding. He installed new sensors which fixed the problem with my door. I am completely satisfied with the service provided.

What a fantastic company! Precision garage door really came through in my time of need! I mistakenly closed our garage door when the trunk of our car was open causing it to misalign and not open or close. This happened on Sunday! I called never thinking I would speak to anyone but I did and the Precision rep scheduled a service tech to come out first thing Monday morning. They followed up and were here on time as promised. Kyle the service tech was fantastic! Professional, courteous, competent and careful were just some of the adjectives I would use to describe him and his work. Needless to say he fixed it and it is working better than ever. Thank you Kyle and thank you Precision. It is reassuring to know that there are still some great companies out there who are willing to do what it takes to get the job done right and reassure their customers that they made the right choice with Precision Garage Doors. This was a maintenance repair (broken spring) to a repair the was done as an emergency back 2008. The experience was great back in 2008 and was not dissapointed calling again to keep the door functional! Kyle was friendly, fast, and extremely professional. It was a great experience.
