Brent came out Monday morning 10 degrees outside. He quickly assessed the situation and provided multiple options with pricing. Once given approval and the order Brent worked quickly and efficiently replacing the garage door opener. This is the 2nd time using Precision Door Service and they deserve the 5 star rating

I could not be more pleased by the timely, professional and courteous service provided by Precision. Their technician was at my door within two hours of my request for help with a malfunctioning garage door opener. No hard sell as I had already determined that a new opener was in order based upon the age of the existing one. Since the tech did not have the model we agreed was best for me on his truck, he was back the next day and quickly installed the new opener and programed all remotes my remotes, including a new door keypad.

The gentleman was here approximately 5 minutes and adjusted the safety eyes. He was extremely courteous, friendly and took the time to explain the problem and show me how to correct the problem should it occur in the future. As he finished, I asked him what I owed for the service call and he said a handshake. Very impressive! I would highly recommend this company and I would give them a rating of 5 based on my two experiences.

Timely and efficient and I now have a very quiet and tight garage door. Hadn't realized what effect the old workings had on air flow from outdoors. The door was working but very loud before. I feel that the technicians are knowledgeable and do not try to oversell products. I had previously had an external keypad installed.

Brent was on time and explained all the options to repair or replace the damaged door. He also gave the qualities and costs of the various door replacements. We decided to replace the motor and the door with an insulated door. He adjusted the motor torque so we can raise and lower the door until it is replaced. Charlie Brown
