Initial call was for a broken spring. Upon inspection, they also found a frayed cable, worn hardware and seized rollers. Hardware was replaced and the door adjusted. Everything is now quiet and functioning properly. My wife is able to park in the garage again. Happy wife, happy life. I experienced professional service and would highly recommend Precision to anyone experiencing garage door trouble.

Professional website shows products, employees, and reviews of a local franchise of a larger company. Courteous and professional staff. Was able to schedule an estimate quickly within my limited timeframe. Communication was spot on. I had been saving coupons for Precision for a while. With old doors I knew something was going to break eventually. So the coupons caught my eye first. Before making a decision I checked to see if you were registered with the BBB. Brandon installed my conversion springs. He was efficient with the installation. He was concerned that I was satisfied. All and all a nice representative for your business. He was a little fuzzy with his math, and in trying to be fair said he would round off the figures to $1000.00. I did not question him at the time. However when my statement came, I had difficulty understanding where his total came from. I called and talked to Sherry twice. I did not want to call once let alone twice. She was awesome. It wasn't so much the money as I needed to understand how the cost was figured. I also want to compliment the fellow that initially answered the phone. Thank you for caring what I think and being concerned that you are meeting you customers' needs.

This is the 2nd time I have used Precision Door Company and I am just as Pleased with service this times as I was the first time. Extremely courtieous, knowledgeable and their pricing is very resonable. I will always call them when I have garage door problems. So glad there is a company like this still in business

Tommy was the technician. I called at 10:30 and he arrived at 4PM that same day. Very prompt in service and response. He analysed the situation very well and offered a repair vs. a new system, saving us $900. The repair was done within one hour. It works perfect and looks fine. We can easily give 5-stars. Easy to recommend Precision! They are what customer service is all about.

Previously, I had Precision Technician Derek fix my broken door, and subsequently install a new Precision door opener which all went very well. I then ordered a new fully insulated Precision door system, which was recently installed by Terry. Terry was on-time, friendly, and professionally went about his business in completely taking down my old door system and installing a new Precision door system. Without question, between the belt driven Precision door opener and the Precision door itself, it is the quietest residential garage door I have ever experienced. Additionally, I have been monitoring the temperature in the garage with having a fully insulated door and the difference is significant. Without reservation I would recommend Precision, and I do not give recommendations like that very often!

Brandon did a really great job for me. He came out when agreed, had a look at the situation, etc. Unfortunately, the garage door didn't misbehave on his first visit. He made some obvious adjustments, and attempted to make a really old garage door opener work for a while longer. He offered a 90 day warranty, and said to call back if it acted up anymore. It did act up again, I called, and he came back and installed a new opener in about an hour. It works great! So much better than the old one. I am very happy with the service, with the product, and with the technician.

Precision was exceptional. I called and was able to get a same-day appointment, and my technician, Brandon, was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. When I said I would like my door fixed immediately because I was going out of town, he went and obtained the needed supplies and came back to my house and was done within an hour. My first impression to use Precision as was stated, a family owned business. They know what their doing when it comes to garage door repairs as well as garage door openers. My home garage door is 16' long, had two coil springs replaced as well as all new bearings. Also had my garage door opener repaired while at it as it was getting some bad wear on a main drive gear as the drive chain was drooping. Only thing I never have received yet is my complete receipt list and payment for the work done ? Thanks, Ernie

I had the 8 t0 10 time slot, tech was there about 8:30 called about 20 minutes upon arrival.. he was very helpfull with the best route we should take to do the repair. we have new garage doors on order, will write another review after the new doors are installed.. So far very pleased..

They installed two new very quiet garage door openers for us in Novemeber 2014 and set up the openers in our car visors. In one vehicle though the technician couldn't get both doors set up, only one. He thought there was an issue with the car and was gong to call the dealer. When I called a week or two later he said he was waiting on response from dealer who was checking into it. I then let it go through the holidays. After the new year I called Precision again and this time the owner, I believe Steve, came out and he was able to get the car opener working for both doors. Besides taking a little while to resolve the problem with the car visor opener, service was great and we are very happy with our new quiet openers.
