Derek did the install and he did a great job tearing out the old and putting in the new, he was very friendly and he was a very positive person. The technician (Brett Schultheis) that serviced our garage door was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and explained, in detail, exactly what was wrong with my garage door and what need to be done to repair it. After completion of the repair, he explained, again in detail, what he had done and together we tested the door. It now works better that when I first moved her. Brett is a true professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone with garage door problems.

Bottom line, Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is the best servicer for our garage door that we have every had. I have lived in 5 different houses, all with heavy garage doors, and had service stickers on the wall.
