Our garage door spring broke late on a Saturday night. I called early Sunday morning, and Brent showed up two hours later. Thirty minutes later the door was working again. Brent was quick and courteous. Should I ever need work done on the garage door again, I'll be giving Precision a call.

Very pleased with the service provided by your company today. I had the springs replaced on my overhead door, and thought for sure this would be a couple hour process. I was wrong. The technician that came to the house knew exactly what he was doing. All I had to do was point out the problem, and he knew what to do from there. He was done in 40 min.! Great guy, great attitude, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely call on you all again should the need arise, and will recommend you all to everyone I know. Thanks again!

Just had our broken spring replaced on our garage door, first one since door was installed in 1991. Brett Schultheis and his trainee Jeff were very professional and full of information. I had a problem with my garage door not staying closed. I just happened to get a flyer in the mail for Precision Garage company so I called them. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant. I replaced a 22 year old garage door opener, had the chains replaced by belts and purchased new remotes. The quietness of the new opener with the belts is amazing. The technician, Zach Hornback, was on time for the appointment, told me what the price of the job was and how long it would take him to install before he started. Tech was 15 min. past due, however, he had just completed a LARGE job in Louisville, and considering the traffic, It's a wonder he made as good a time as he did. Zach was extremely knowledgeable about garage doors and the different features that impact their performance. After learning more about the mechanics of a garage door, we asked Zach to replace our old rollers. He did not pressure us into purchasing items we did not need. I need the tech to come back and install another bolt on the weather strip. the last section is hanging down more than the other parts cause there is a screw missing, i understand his drill went dead, but i just noticed that the weather strip is sagging on the last part of it. Cant say I'm 100% happy, cause I'm still having the same problems i had before and after the tech left, granted its a situation with concrete, and he did replace the rollers, there is just still a gap, that I'm now paying someone else to repair.

Jason Padrick installed a PDS 800 garage door opener. He arrived on time. Explained what he was going to do, and then set about doing it. An hour later, the job was complete, it was installed neatly, the mess, and old garage door opener parts cleaned up. He showed me how everything worked on the door and remotes, explained keeping my receipt in case I needed the warranty. I would definitely recommend Precision Door, and Jason Padrick to do the install.
