Due to a component failure the garage door failed to close. Precision technician, Zack after inspection, suggested that a new door install would be a better value than an attempt to repair using the existing door. I agreed and after being presented with options chose a door that matches the old door in appearance and color. Zack was very helpful and polite during our interaction.

Travis fixed our garage door operation with repair of one wire. The wire had been broken by a raccoon which accidentically got locked inside when I closed the door without knowing the raccoon had come inside when the garage was left open at sunset. We still need some new parts to be replaced tomorrow.

On 08 Sep 2020, a Triple Touch Bottom Seal was installed, and the serviceman did not consult with the owner about it not fitting the garage door precisely. The second visit by the same serviceman had no results, said that was the only Bottom Seal that Precision had, that my door thickness was too thin and that was all he could do. HELP! Unhappy customer...

We have been customers of Precision Overhead Garage Door for over ten years, and have always been impressed with their timely, professional and customer friendly approach to business. Yesterday morning, our spring and cable assembly, having outlived its five year life expectancy by another eleven years, died. I called Precision, and their service tech was onsite in the afternoon. He gave us several different ways to approach repair or replacement, and discussed each option with us in detail. Once the decision was made, he went to work. The job was done, and cleanup finished, within a little over an hour. Very pleased - cannot recommend highly enough. We purchased springs, cables, shaft, mounting plates etc.

When our garage door opener started having issues, we contacted Precision Door Service. They were so easy to work with from the beginning...scheduling, technician's (Travis) responsiveness, his knowledge and helpfulness. They even came out on a Sunday! I would recommend this company because I was very happy with everything...so glad my garage door is functioning properly so I can sleep again!

These guys were great! Josh first came to the house to help us determine what we had to do-fix or replace. He worked very hard to get us a door as quickly as he could so that we didn't have to be without for very long. Kevin and another technician installed my door today and they did a great job. It was hot and muggy but they got it done quickly and it looks great. Thank you all for helping out so quickly and doing a great job!
