After a through review of Overhead Garage Door Service Companies in November 2019 we selected Precision and were completely pleased with the installation of a new door. This week we experienced a problem with the Chain Drive Operator and called Precision and scheduled an appointment. Representative Thomas J arrived at our home exactly on time, made a an in inspection of the situation, professionally explained the problem. I am appreciative of his explanation and purchased a new Chain Drive Operator. Furthermore, will highly recommend when occasion arrives.

Called on a Sunday morning and the tech, skip came out that day. He let me know when he was 30 minutes away and arrived on time. After a very thorough inspection of my door and opener, he let me know exactly what was needed, the cost and even suggested a few options that I could consider while he was on site. Very professional and he was done in less than an hour. I am a home builder and would definitely call them again for my door service needs.

Precision Garage Door fixed a broken spring on our garage door on a holiday in a time crunch. It was easy to schedule, and our technician (Dewayne) was great. I needed my door repaired and chose precision mostly because of their great feedback and 5 star ratings. The tech that worked on my door was Thomas, (a great name, just like mine)! Thomas is a rare commodity in today's world... a real gentleman and knows how to treat customers. Thomas started repairing my door and the wife and I thought we could settle in and watch a movie since it was a lot of work needing to be done. After less than a hour Thomas knocked on the door and said all done,WOW!! Fantastic workmanship I am a happy camper Thomas is the best and I will use this outfit again!

Josh arrived on a Sunday in the two-hour window I was given when making my appointment. He replaced both springs, both bearings and two of the rollers. I got the five year warranty on the labor and parts they replaced. I will definitely use Precision Garage Door again!
