We purchased a new garage door in May and have been overall very happy with it. It was starting to squeak a little and hook a little on the track. KYLE CUNDIFF DID A EXCELENT JOB REPLACEING MY SPRINGS AND REPLACING ROLLERS. I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL PRECISION FOR MY REPAIRS. Great service! Had an emergency on a Saturday and they were there ASAP and made the repairs fast and affordable! Communication from the installer David as well as communication from the office was great. Emailed pics of the serviceman that was coming so we’d be prepared.

Very responsive and I liked the guy that came out. However there was no service performed. I am not sure why I should pay for a service call in which when he came in to service my garage; I was told immediately that my situation could not be fixed by Precision. He recommended and show me new garage doors. This is why the three rating. I would be more satisfied if I was told the $65 that I paid for the service call would be credited toward a new door; if I chose to purchase door from Precision.

Josh Wright was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, & efficient. I certainly appreciated him coming out within hours to fix the door since I needed to go somewhere & couldn't get my car out!
