Thomas did a great job! He was right on time. He inspected both doors in addition to adding a new heavy duty weatherstripping to the bottom of both doors He changed one cracked hinge and one broken hinge on the larger door. He was quick, but at the same time very personable. I highly recommend him!

Precision completed a maintenance check on my garage door. The service tech was very nice and friendly. I was charged a $65 for the service charge and $88 for the maintenance. About 2 hours after the technician left, I was leaving my house and noticed a huge area of grease on my drive. I immediately contacted the 1-800 number and advised them. I was told the local office was not available and that someone would call me back shortly. After not hearing back from anyone, i called the local office 3 hours later and spoke to the manager, Rick, at the Clarksville location. Understandably, he questioned me as to whether the spot could have been left by another vehicle. I proceeded to tell him that I live alone, no one parks in my driveway, and the spot was not there the day before. He sent the technician back that evening with a driveway cleaner and pressure washer. Even though the spot was still there, I was asked to let it dry overnight. I did not hear from anyone the following day to check in with me. On the 3rd day, I sent Rick (the manager) a photo of my drive still showing the large spot. He has failed to respond in any way. I had my driveway and sidewalks professionally cleaned and sealed just last summer. The grease or transmission fluid that is present is about 20" in length and 5" wide so its a pretty big area. The fact that no one followed up with me or responded to my text message is very concerning. It is this reason that I will not use them in the future or recommend them to anyone.

Very pleased with timely response when calling for service. Service technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He made suggestions in addition to the spring replacement needed and I didn't feel pressured with his recommendations, this is somewhat unusual with other types of service providers. I highly recommend Precision and will be contacting within next month or so for upgrade/replacements.

In 2011, I had a overhaul to my existing garage door which included everything but the door and opener. A few weeks ago, another spring broke. I pulled my paperwork attached to the door and noticed a hand written explanation of “Lifetime Warranty “ on ALL parts rendered. I showed my receipt to the technician who expressed the company was bought out recently and they will not honor the warranty. Don’t assume a trustworthy company will uphold the liability from the previous owners!!! The technician apologized, phoned Precision with my receipt in hand and still would not honor the previous work. I was told by the technician that everything you have paid for previously shown on this receipt is no where near what we quote today. I had the word done due to bad weather and time; however, I will never give honor for future work with a company who does not honor past patrons.

I racked my door by getting the edge of my garbage can stuck under it when closing it. Thomas was polite, masked, and thorough. He did try an upsell for our motor, but only because it's almost 30 years old and a newer one may have sensed the pressure and stopped trying to close and cause the racking. He was in and out in under an hour. Fixing the racking, performing some maintenance, and talking me into an upgrade on the rollers. I'm glad I opted for the extras as my door is smoother and quieter than it's been since we moved here 5 years ago. I hope I never need your services again, but I'll gladly recommend you to anyone else who may.
