Jason arrived today and determined we needed a top panel, bracket, and suggested I replace the motor (1999 model). The old motor wasn't stopping the door from hitting an obstruction above the sensor which is what caused our issue. I also received a veteran's discount! Jason was awesome, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I'll only use Precision Garage Door Service. Thank you!

Called Precision on a Friday afternoon because my garage door was very loud when it opened and closed and had been for a long time. Set up an appointment for the next day for an inspection. Jason Wallace called within half an hour and asked if he could come out that day (Friday) since he was nearby. He diagnosed the issue and installed a new Genie opener. Jason was helpful and worked efficiently.

Very quick, great service. My garage door spring broke in the evening. I made an appointment through the website, and the next morning the springs were replaced, and the garage door was back in service. They had all the required parts and tools in their truck. I called early on the 31st of December. Jason Wallace came out to repair the rollers and track from a door panel that had become dislodged. In less than 5 minutes, it was repaired and working. My biggest thanks are to him and Precision for the fine work on the last day of the year. 2025 Has to be better (lol)

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door. I called on a Tuesday afternoon and a tech came out on Wednesday morning. Our tech Jason W. was prompt, professional and efficient. He did not try to oversell and was a pleasure to work with. He walked me through the problems with our garage door opener and what he was going to do to fix them, including the cost. Overall, working with Jason and Precision was a great experience!
