I called for service at 11:08 and Brent was at my door right at an hour later (12:18). He checked the situation out and fixed it within an hour and a half. Brent was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. I had called and left a message with a different garage repair company. I gave them 90 minutes and when they didn't return my call I called Precision and was greeted with a live assistant. Thanks Precision - you've won my business! P.S. After 2 days - the other company hasn't returned my call.

I was ready to leave for an appointment, when I discovered my garage door would only roll up high enough to back my car out and then wouldn't close. I looked in the yellow pages and saw the ad for Precision Door Service and called them. A very nice professional young man showed up within two hours and had it fixed in no time. I would highly recommend this company for the professionalism and skills of their technicians and the speedy response.

The service performed by Brent was excellent. He was efficient, knowledgeable, thorough and very helpful. The only issue I had was the information on pricing over the phone with your representative was mis-leading. I asked for a price for the replacement of 2 springs and when Brent got here he said that was the price for 1 spring. I had cancelled another company because of your pricing.

The same day service your company offered was extremely important to me. My door was totally inoperable & standing wide open. A family member had used your service previously & had been satisfied. I received a same day appointment; Brian arrived on time & had all necessary items to fix a cable that had come off; straighten track that was bent & install a new belt-drive unit & surge protector (unfortunately my old motor was fried by the lightening during our recent storms). An estimate was given & he went straight to work, completing the job professionally & efficiently. Your advertisement in the Yellow Pages was very informative and guaranteed same day service. My garage door was inoperable and same day service was important. The Technician was very professional,knowledgeable and informative during the initial visit. The next day, he installed a Torquemaster Conversion and a new opener.

I had a spring break and precision's are warranties for life. I tried to adjust one once and it is extremely dangerous. Sam replaced my springs and all new cables and rollers and pulley wheels and hinges. He tightened the door and put a nice weather strip on where my floor is uneven. It's been a long time since I've gotten such good service and Sam was very friendly and professional. Obviously very well trained. I would recommend him and your company in a heartbeat. Thanks for a job well done!

Woke up Sunday morning to find that I couldn't open garage door not even manually! My husband saw that the spring and cables had snapped. Didn't know who to call so I chose Precision because your ad said "broken spring specialists" in right red, as well as "we can fix it today"!They gave us a time that they would be there and were on time. Sam Green, the technician was friendly, courteous, professional, paid attention to detail, and well trained. He did a great job!
