First we had Jeff out to reset our door that came off track and the cables came undone. Very professional. He explained to us what was making it come off track. We had a door that was damaged beyond repair. Jeff came back out and sold us a better door and will be doing the install. Great Company! Just wish they would have had the door in stock so we didnt have to wait 2-3 weeks.

After an initial attempt to talk about purchasing upgrades and warranties was met with a firm response, Jacob went straight to work and wasted not one minute until he had installed the new garage door and the new garage door opener. He is very young but was knowledgeable of what he was doing. All of the paperwork was in order and he demonstrated how everything operates. He cleaned up everything before he left. Jacob appears to be a good installer; we will know soon if the door and opener work properly after a few tries. I was impressed with his work ethic. He did not waste time talking on the phone or stand around smoking. Nice!

Mike was the technician ans he patiently explained the problem - broken spring - and the options for repair and replacement of the 50 year old door. He offered his opinion after I requested it. Brian was great - explained all of the repairs I needed and finished them quickly, but still have confidence that all was done correctly. Had a broken spring, but Brian also checked and replaced other things to keep me from having to call them again in a few weeks. Our torsion spring broke Friday evening with both of our cars in the garage and the door down. The first co.we called said that they did'nt replace springs over the weekend. I saw your ad in the yellow pages,called and you came out,replaced the springs, and were done by 10:30. Jacob was very polite,helpful and efficient.

Mistankenly backed into my garage a week ago and destroyed the bottom panel, bent the guard rails and popped the rollers out. I thought this job would surely cost me hundreds of dollars, but the price was more than reasonable to repair the damage. Service Tech was fast with the repairs and told me what he was doing every step of the way. Didnt charge me anything to come out and do the initial estimates. I would definitley use this company first for any future garage door issues.

Steve V. was very punctual. I was pleased that he arrived at the earliest possible time. I was scheduled for the 10-12 time bracket. He cleaned up after he was finished and took the old parts with him so I didn't have to dispose of them. I'm very happy that I chose Precision to do the work.

I was extremely impressed with Mike from Precision Door Services who came out to help me fix our garage door opener. We had been struggling with the garage door not working for a couple months - to the point that one of the kids would have to close the garage door and run out the back door of the house when we were leaving. I had tried numerous times to fix/adjust the door - but it would only fix the problem for a day or two. I called Precision late on a Thursday night, Mike came out first thing on Friday morning and worked meticulously to fix our opener. I told him that I was fed up and glad to throw the old one away - but he worked on fixing our current opener to reduce my costs. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the fact that he was looking out for my best interest rather than just trying to sell me something. I will use Precision Garage Doors for my future needs.

Called a competitive company first to come out and repair broken garage door. I was told that they may or may not get to it today due to being slammmed for the Holidays??? I didn't see the relevance? Since I need to use car, etc., I found Precision on the web. Called and Marie answered and said no problem, they can have Brent come out within two hours. We called on the Saturday before Christmas and got same day service. They emailed us our appointment confirmation and time slot. The technician called to let us know he was on his way and was very polite and professional. Upon liking their Facebook page, we received a money saving coupon. Another feature that is nice, is they email you the picture of the service person that will be fixing your door. I am very impressed any will definitely use again if needed.

I liked the fact that you sent me a picture of the technician that was coming before hand. The technician was very nice and knowledgable. Although it was not good news that I needed a replacement door opener, it was nice that he could take care of it right away. The installation was fast. It is nice to have my door working again. Brian showed up 10 minutes early for our scheduled appointment. In today's business world, this happens less frequently than it should. He took the time to not only fix what was asked for, but performed a inspection of both garage doors and explain why I was have an issue on my single car garage door. He was able to fix this issue in another 10 minutes and made me feel comfortable that the problem has been taken care of. I will use Precision again, if I have any other overhead door problems.

My elderly parents needed a reliable garage door opener. Theirs had broken, causing us to have to lift the very heavy double door manually. We called Precision Door Service because I had talked with one of their technicians last week, who was so knowledgeable that he solved our problem at my home over the phone, saving us both time and money. He was knowledgeable, efficient, polite, respectful, personable - and had the door opener expertly installed very quickly to our complete satisfaction - including power outage backup.
